Easy access, plenty of parking, nice pool and a hot spa too. Excellent, friendly staff. Breakfast was not included but they offer a nice hot & cold buffet.

Room was very clean and fully serviced. Service on every level was perfect. Location was also perfect. Within close proximity to our wine destinations. Will definitely go back next year.

Oh I forgot to mention our amazing server Heidi. We loved her!

We had amazing room overlooking a grove of trees. The room was spacious. Everyone of the staff were cheerful and helpful. We spent evenings sitting on the secluded patio around the fire table sipping wine and enjoying bar snacks.

Nice decent hotel. There is no kitchen, but a microwave was welcome when we ordered in our food. We stayed for one night and while no breakfast was part of our reservation, the nearby Tims was fine for us.

Check in was smooth and quick, and the rooms were comfortable with a well stocked washroom. Worth staying here to be away from the city, lower price but just 15-20 min away from all the action.

We are Hilton diamond members, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We received a nice complimentary bottle of local wine when we checked in. The parking was free. Our status gave us a breakfast credit which made the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich in the morning free- and it was very tasty!
But the best part of our stay was dealing with Shakerrah, a terrific upbeat and positive person at the front desk. She set such a pleasant tone with her friendly and accommodating demeanor. She was an absolute joy to work with.
We spent two days in NOTL, taking advantage of the wide array of local theater options, wineries, and great restaurants. The town is beautiful and it’s nice to just walk the streets and visit the local shops. This hotel is a bit away from the main part of town, but it was ideal for us, right off the expressway and on our way home. 😊

I'm unsure why the room in NOTL is more expensive than New York’s hotel. However, it is clean and close to all the vineyards.

Stayed at this hotel several times, Room rate mid Aug $385. We requested clean towels and coffee. They will not do it, they do not clean the room!! I would say Covid is over!! Paying this much money for a night you expect a clean and tidy room. If you plan to stay more then 1 night skip this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was super clean and the service was amazing. Big shoutout to Shakirah and Diane at the front desk-she was so helpful, patient, and answered all our questions. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a night. Free parking, no hidden fees. Great location that is in between Niagara Falls area and also getting to Niagara-On-The-Lake. The service was great on all counts, and the rooms were very clean. I would come back!

As a Hilton Honours member, I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times.
One thing to note after my most recent visit is not to expect 100% cleanliness. The first room had stains all over the curtains and the window. I went to the front desk to switch rooms, spoke to the front desk supervisor. Our room was on the first level.
We requested another room on the first level and were told that
“ they try to reserve the first level for guests with pets” and were switched to second floor.. ( also front desk manager did not connect our info to the new room and we had no WiFi, might also be why housekeeper walked in probably had no was of knowing we were in there..)
The second room and a stain on the one bed, sticky red mark on the phone (phone that did not work) & the ac/heating looked in rough/bad condition.
Second thing to note, I recommend bolt locking the door, I’ve had house keeping walk in on 2 separate stays most recently hours before check out…
This location has the potential to be great, I believe a good amount of the staff just need to really improve their customer service and the cleanliness of course. They don’t go above and beyond. If theirs any issues or complaints they do the bare minimum.

Not for EV drivers. Room was fine - clean, comfortable. Location was central and easy to get to via QEW. Price was good. However, if you’re driving a long distance in an EV, the ability to charge at the hotel is unreliable. We arrived around 4pm and the J1772 charger was not working. They were unable to have it looked at because apparently maintenance had left for the day. They told us we could drive to the Purolator to charge, and walk back (15 mins in 36’ weather). We also tried using our Tesla adapter and it wouldn’t recognize the charger either.

This hotel is in a really great location to get to both downtown Niagara and the quaint, downtown area of NOTL. The rooms and common areas were clean and breakfast was really nice with eggs made to order, etc. Somehow, we left a bunch of clothing behind and, when I realized it a few weeks later, Cara, the housekeeping manager, made it really easy to get them returned. I sent her a shipping label and she shipped the things out quickly. (Thanks, Cara!)

Clean and spacious rooms, pool and gym are actually pretty decent.
Breakfast, however, is well below standard.
