Poorly designed bathroom/shower. No way to turn on water without getting wet...water seeps onto floor

Although the staff was polite and helpful we were not impressed with the hotel. It needs a makeover. The room was clean; however, the carpet in the room and hallways as well as the wallpaper and furniture is dated. The room was also dark and drab. The breakfast area and breakfast was okay.

The hotel is quite far from Niagara-on-the-Lake, a 20 minute drive.

We originally booked for 2 nights but on arrival asked about adding an extra night which was agreed at a discounted rate. All members of staff are very friendly, informative and efficient. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included with a choice of buffet or from the menu. Substitutions were allowed for a family member with a gluten allergy. We ate in the restaurant for dinner twice and although there wasn't a large choice, again the chef was very flexible and alternatives were offered. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is well located to drive to several attractions and has nice grounds. We would definitely recommend it.

I stayed there recently for a business trip! I had a wonderful experience with my stay and also had my mom there for her birthday. Foziye was so delightful making us our breakfast. She made amazing food and was very welcoming. She made us feel at home. We plan on coming back and hoping to see her! Thank you Hilton Team!

As a Hilton honors member I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times.
One thing to note after my most recent visit is not to expect 100% cleanliness. First room, had stains all over the curtains and window. Went to front desk to switch rooms, spoke to the front desk supervisor. Our room was on the first level. We requested another room on the first level and were told that “ they try to reserve the first level for guests with pets” and were switched to second floor.. ( also front desk manager did not connect our info to the new room and we had no WiFi, might also be why housekeeper walked in probably had no was of knowing we were in there..) The second room and a stain on the one bed, sticky red mark on the phone (phone that did not work) & the ac/heating looked in rough/bad condition.
Second thing to note, I recommend bolt locking the door, I’ve had house keeping walk in on 2 separate stays most recently hours before check out…
This location has the potential to be great, i believe a good amount of the staff just need to really improve their their customer service and the cleanliness of course. They don’t go above and beyond. If theirs any issues or complaints they do the bare minimum.

We paid over 350 bucks a night for no parking at all this is one of the worst hotels I been to the bed sheets where itchy the hallways always smell and so on I would never come here again.

Stayed here about a month ago and used debit for the deposit. The machine wasn’t working the next day and I still havnt received my money, upon calling I was just told that A MONTH LATER, my cheque still hasn’t been sent out. This was My first and last stay here. Inexcusable customer service

Total indifference about customer experience would best describe my visit. The resort/conference center was full the first night so I booked Hilton because it was close and expected higher quality. There are other options if ever I have to do it again.
