Visited this winery with my girlfriend and had an amazing experience! The vidal icewine is my new favorite.

An unforgettable wine-tasting experience! The winery is set in a stunning location, offering a serene and romantic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, walking us through the history and craftsmanship behind each wine. Every wine we tasted was exceptional, with its complex flavors and lingering finish. Highly recommend for wine lovers and anyone looking to immerse themselves in wine culture!

I was on a wine tour

We were sent to do our wine tasting in the residence. The staff member had a large tour group in there so we were kind of extra for her to deal with. The place is pretty dated like an old model home. There were pictures of the inside of the house on the wall like windows and doors which was weird. There were dead bugs in the windowsills. They only gave us 1 single glass for all our tastings, white, red, water, etc. I would say they barely served us 1oz for each tasting. Would not recommend this place, so many other nice wineries to choose from.

One of the best wineries on NOTL. They are so generous with their pours, their tasting included a bottle of wine, they gave us some extra samples, and their wine club if free with extra perks. Staff is so kind.

We had Destiny for our tasting, she was so in depth on the different types and making of the wines. Definitely one if the best tastings we had in the area. Very cute spot, the wine is great and the staff is just as amazing! Would come back again!

This was a delightful experience! We visited with another couple to try the wines and were shown a wide variety to choose from. My personal standout was the Nomad Cab Sav, however the ice wines are all excellent in their own right.

Kaila guided us through our tasting session and she was an absolute delight. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable, which made Hinterbrook our best stop of the day.

Hinterbrook is a small winery, but if you can visit only one this is it. Unconditionally recommended!

We thoroughly enjoy our experience here. We learned so much about wine and the winemaking process during our tasting. It was a transformative life experience that we will be talking about for years.

Of the 7 wineries we visited over the long weekend, this was our favourite. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable which creates a great atmosphere and the wines are high quality and good value for the tasting. Fabulous place.
