I LOVED that they had a vegan caramel topping for my gelato, it just made it extra delicious. I had mango and chocolate. They also have vegan friendly cones!

Jatin and Marco made our experience exceptional with amazing customer cervice, great coffee and gelato. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a great atmosphere with a personable experience. Thank you two for a great conversation and looking forward to coming back!

We were here for three mornings and made sure to stop every day! Marco was great, the coffee was great, the croissants were great, and the gelato is amazing as well!

The best Apple turnover I have had...very full of filling and the pastry was perfectly done.
Caramel Macchiato was the perfect compliment to the treat.
It was clean, friendly and a very sweet spot to sit on a wintery day.

We went during Holiday season where the town turned into a Christmas Village. The gelato was quite good. We ordered the strawberry gelato on a cone though a bit overpriced. The workers were welcoming and kind with their service as well. I recommend this place to anyone visiting the town.

We had the smallest cup, 1 scoop each. Not so sweet but so-so. I loved the mango one as it is always been my favorite ice cream flavor, but bf didn’t like his, it tasted a bit different than what you would expect, maybe bcus it’s gelato? Although we would love to go back and try the other sweets.

From Niagara to Oakville, and hopefully more locations soon, Il Gelato di Carlotta is a sweet dream come true! Their gelato is a delightful dance of flavours, not too sweet, with real nuts and other goodies that'll have you licking your spoon clean. A must-try for gelato lovers! 🍦

I visited II Gelato di Carlotta on Sept 11, 2024 with my family who were visiting from Italy. Such a warm experience and so friendly. The gentleman serving us was from Torino and my family felt right at home so welcoming. Our paninis were great and your display of gelato and other offerings were just fabulous. We will be back for more visits as we continued our happy stroll. Thank You!
