Gelato Di Carlotta is a must-visit gem in Niagara on the Lake! The gelato is absolutely divine, with rich flavors and creamy textures that transport you to Italy. What truly made the experience exceptional was Colin’s service. He was not only professional and knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly kind and welcoming. His warm personality made us feel right at home, and his recommendations were spot-on. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious treats and outstanding customer service.

Fantastic. My mother is a vegan with gluten allergies and this shop was more than accommodating. Can’t recommend it enough. The gelato is delicious, which makes sense seeing as how the owner took 3rd in an international competition for gelato. I didn’t know they were international competitions for gelato but now I want to go.

Sooo, the gelato here is DELICIOUS! 10/10! I got a chocolate flavour, portion size was awesome and it came with a vegan waffle cookie topper! I found that the cup itself already became sticky and had gelato on the side of it when it was given to me, so my hands were sticky for quite sometime until I found a bathroom. But I also had another item - a panini. It wasn’t that good, lacked a lot of flavour, nothing special. Again, the gelato 10/10, the staff was amazing so 10/10, but the panini…maybe a 3/10.

Rivals some of the gelato I’ve had in Italy. The lemon and tiramisu were spectacular. My wife had a coffee and strawberry, with the coffee being slightly disappointing.

I was here, there was five different vegan gelato options. They also had strudels, cookies, and muffins that were vegan. I got the peach gelato and my wife got the mango. Both in a sugar cone. Both were great. I also got a strudel. It was very good. 
The ice cream is amazing!! We really recommend it.
