Limited Distillery is a hidden gem in NOTL, tucked away in a small industrial park. The vibe is super chilled, with a warehouse setting, vinyl records, and awesome drinks. They offer tasting flights and make their own Gin, Vodka, and Moonshines. The charcuterie board and pate were delicious, especially the limoncello infused cheese. The cocktail flights were good, with the espresso martini being a favorite. The Spin the Black Circle event featuring Pearl Jam had dynamite hospitality, cocktails, and food.
