Very cool spot. Good vodke and drinks. Pool table. Great tater tots. Don't be out off by industrial location. Very hospitable and clean.

Liuba & Mario served us today at limited and they were incredible. So friendly, so knowledgeable & generous. They made our time here amazing. We will be back for sure

Horrible experience. A very visibly intoxicated male, who identified himself multiple times as the owner, took over serving our party and made for a very awkward time. He told our tour guide that we had to leave a half hour earlier than originally planned and was extremely rude to one of the female members of our party during multiple interactions, going so far as to verbally insult her infront of the group twice.

I will absolutely never be returning. Beyond disgusted with this place after one visit.

If I could give less than one star I would.

We stopped in to check out this hidden distillery. What a refreshing experience. The service and information was great. The specialty drinks and food was delicious. The music was fun. Walked out with some holiday gifts as well. This place is worth checking out.

Absolutely blown away by the quality and smoothness of all of the liquor I sampled today! Had to leave with a case of their vodka sodas and multiple bottles of infused vodka. Can’t wait to share with my friends! Will be back for more top tier cocktails and 10/10 service! Great music too haha such a cool place!! (Recommend the cherry sour, it’s in the photo, my new fav drink)

Such a nice please to go! And the gin…wow!!

We popped into Limited on a whim as we saw their advertised slushie drinks on social media. We ended up staying at Limited for hours, chatting with the bartender and trying many of their spirits and mixed drinks. Their vodka and gin are amazing, and my husband loved their Smokey old fashioned. The root beer slushie also did not disappoint! We cannot say enough good things about the staff - they were extremely friendly and personable. Head to Limited if you’re looking for a good time, amazing staff, and some great drinks!

If I could give zero stars, I would.....The incompetence of the retail team is ASTONISHING. I ordered syrup for my wedding party 3 weeks in advance. The order was to be delivered within Ontario, literally a 2-hour drive away.

The tracking number I received didn’t work, and so I emailed them to check on the package's progress. I received no reply via email, so I tried calling over 10 times to no avail and left a message.

The next day, after no return communication by phone or email, I managed to get through to a guy who said he would get back to me, but he never did. I called the next day and spoke to a lady who told me she would check and call back. I mentioned my calls the day before, my voicemail message and the email I'd but I received no apology, just that she would call me back. To her credit, she did so within the hour, only to tell me they had made a mistake with my package. I told her that it was time sensitive, and I needed it by Saturday (this was Thursday). She promised that it would be rectified immediately, that it would arrive on time, and that she would call me back with a tracking number. AGAIN, no actual apology, and I heard nothing. I called again and spoke to the owner, who said that he would call me later with a tracking number. For a third time, I heard nothing back and no apology. I emailed again to follow up and received no reply.

I tried calling multiple times the following day, no one answered for quite sometime but eventually I got through and I spoke to a guy who was clearly frustrated (the audacity given that it should be me who is frustrated given the above). He dismissed me again, saying that he would call back and strangely, said that he’d worked there for 11 years and that it would be dealt with, but couldn’t give me a tracking number. Turns out, when my husband called the day of the party, they had only just sent it that day?! My husband told them that it was useless to us now and that we wanted a refund. They said that we would have to wait for the package to arrive, then we would have to call them to get a shipping label to return it and get a refund.....

I still haven’t received this order, nor did I ever receive a tracking number, email reply or more importantly, an apology. If only they had been honest from the start, we would have been able to find a solution; instead, they strung us along for multiple days.

It looks like they gave up or likely didn’t send it at all because I eventually received a refund a week later… but to be fair, if their product(s) are anything like their abysmal customer service and communication, then I clearly dodged a bullet.....

A hidden gem in Niagara on the Lake it has a wide variety of drinks on the menu that are absolutely amazing. The bartender Haylee was very nice as well. Would recommend to anyone.
