The Sunday buffet is so nice and a really good price. I wish the ham, bacon sausage could be hotter. Other than that tge ambiance and service are exceptional.

We always find our way to LIV at White Oaks to celebrate special occasions. We are never disappointed when dinning here, everything from being greeted when you arrive till when you leave, you are made to feel so special. We highly recommend LIV restaurant to everyone we know and they have all come back ranting and raving about what a hidden gem we have here in Niagara.

We tried the Dinner for Two promotion, and we were rather disappointed. Maybe you get what you pay for, but neither the food quality not the preparation was up to snuff. We asked for light dressing on the salad and it came overdressed. The NY strip steak was extremely thin and was overcooked and tough (the manager appropriately comped this portion of the meal). The lemon tart tasted as if the lemon filling was scooped from a can. We were told that the menu was new, and maybe they just need some tweaks, but the experience came in last of all the meals that we had on our trip.

We went to Liv to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was our second time there and it didn't disappoint. The food is spectacular, the service and the attention to details is next to none. If you have a special occasion to celebrate, I highly recommend!

The surprise at the end for the birthday girl was extra special. We were greeted at the door when we entered, and we were greeted. When we left as well, wonderful staff. As a local, my family has celebrated bridal showers, baptisms, birthday events andI will be very happy to continue to support white oaks and most of their services! Thank you

We had a wonderful meal. Shared mussels as appetizer and enjoyed steak and duck entrees. Our server Rachel was very knowledgeable about wine. We've eaten here before and will definitely plan to return.

In fairness I have dined here many times and had a wonderful experience. This was my first time doing breakfast in the actual restaurant. Opted to get the classic breakfast instead of doing their buffet. Maybe I came too late in the morning but I got the impression my food was not made to order or possibly reheated. Toast and the tomato were fresh but the bacon was dry and cooked to a crisp (beef jerky would have been better) and the potato hash was burnt. It made me wonder if they took the food from the buffet and reheated it. Not sure what happened but it was a complete fail and I hadn't eaten all morning so I drank water and made the most of it. I will say the meals at the table next to me who did not order from the buffet had sandwiches and it looked phenomenal. My best advice would be do not order the classic breakfast if you prefer service over the buffet.
