Friendly service, food was well put together.... Like the employee's took some pride in their job's. Huge refreshment from the ones in London.

Manager with blue hair rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if my food was going to be cold after their debit machine went down and I was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes.
Don’t roll your eyes at customers.

The service was great! I love how the employees we're smiling at all times. Food was hot and freshly brewed coffee which was aammmaaziiinggg!!!

This experience was absolutely horrendous. All my friend and I wanted was ice cream and 1 medium sprite… WE WAITING 10 minutes in line (mind you they had no customers…) so I finally got fed up and went through drive through just to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my order taken. What a waist of time for something so small being ordered. Absolutely ridiculous, to whoever hires the people at this place, please start hiring people with some brain cells who actually want to work and not just talk to each other the entire time. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I fell off my bike in front of this restaurant on street & the manager helped me and allowed me to stay on premises until help arrived. Thanks for your exceptional service and kindness!

Please if you have any spare time go to any other mcdonalds in the surrounding area. The absolute lack of brains here is outstanding... order a 4 cream 4 sugar coffee and I get the cream and sugar.. but wait 0 actual coffee?? Like how? Dont worry ill wait.. absolutely ridiculous, thanks for wasting my time guys and gals. Greatly appreciated lmfao

Great service, & very clean. The manager was out checking on everyone to see how thier food was. I'm not from notl but I visit here often & this is honestly the cleanest Macdonalds I've been too.

Have double charged me so many times using the app I just don’t bother, but my friend in the area has the same issue recently and repeatedly. Staff doesn’t care or isn’t trained.
