Beautiful spot located in the Prince of Wales hotel. Ask for a tabke near the windows. Food and service are really good. Worth visiting.

Delicious food, wine, and cocktails. Victoria provided excellent service and information about some of the wineries we should visit.

It was a limited lunch menu. But the salads that we chose were fresh and quite substantial. There was no offer of coffee, tea or dessert after lunch? Service was friendly and helpful other than that.

One of the best meals we've had in a very long time! From the innovative brassica salad with blueberries, baby kale, shaved kohlrabi, and chopped pecans to the perfectly seasoned and prepared sirloin with assorted mushrooms, excellent asparagus, confît-ed fingerling potatoes, every bite was perfect. Our dinner companions had roasted duck breast with confit duck leg and local veg, and roasted spatchcock chicken with succotash that included edamame and wood ear mushrooms. Wow. We tasted and enjoyed everything. Decadent desserts, new takes on traditional cocktails, local wines, and outstanding attentive service with a smile make this a restaurant we will return to as often as we can. ❣️❣️❣️

We had a wonderful dinner at Noble, located inside the Prince of Wales Hotel. The setting is elegant and romantic—perfect for a special evening. Service was top-notch: professional, friendly, and very attentive.

The food was absolutely delicious.

On this day we decided to have a late lunch at Noble. To begin, we started with and split a ceasar salad. This ended up being the highlight of the meal. The salad was fresh, not overdressed and tasted great. One pet peev to note here...we had not even got through a quarter of our salad when the entres showed up...felt very rushed. The beef stew had no character, was bland and you could tell it had been simmering for an extended period of time as it basically became a bowl of beef mush. The server was advised and the balance of the stew went back to the kitchen...amd yes...we still paid for it. Not impressed. The other meal we ordered was the fishwich...this entre was a small bit better. The fish was battered and arrived hot and crisp. Unfortunately, when lifting the sandwich for that first bite, the bottom of the bun was wet from sitting in oil which covered the plate under the sandwich. The slaw used on the sandwich did not have much flavor and only acted to wet the batter on the fish within the bun. The server was friendly and attentive. Given the cost we feel that we certainly did not get our money's worth...we had higher expectations and we won't be back anytime soon...lots of other food options in NOTL to try.

Our reservation was for a birthday lunch (which was noted in the reservation- but no one acknowledged with even so much as a happy birthday). While the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, I didn't find Noble to be very clean. There was quite a bit of dust and the floors/baseboards looked like they'd seen better days. Our server was very odd and my companion even had to refill her own water. She also offered to bring us ketchup with our Cesar salad which was very odd. Speaking of the chicken Caesar salad - it was DELICIOUS. The dressing was light, there was a lemon to squeeze on top, and the croutons were crushed and sprinkled on top which was a thoughtful and tasty surprise. Overall, the food was excellent but the dining space and service left much to be desired. I don't think we'd return again.

The service was prompt and friendly. Everyone was so nice. The food was nothing special especially for the price. My steak was over cooked and we tried the “shrimp and grits”, the shrimp tasted burnt and the grits had nothing but some corn in them...no flavor really to speak of. The bread however was incredible and the butter delightful.

Made a reservation for Mother's Day, called twice to confirm we could order off the menu instead of partaking in the Mother's Day buffet. When we got there, we were told we had no option but to eat from the buffet. The food was okay, but was disappointing overall - steak was cold and food had been sitting out. The waitress, Maddie, was lovely and did comp our drinks, but it was certainly not the experience I drove over an hour for. When I booked the reservation I asked to be seated near the windows. When we arrived we were seated in a dark corner next to a partition hiding stacks of chairs and tables despite several four-top window tables being available. Not the ambience advertised online.

We made a reservation through the OpenTable app, selecting the "standard" option, which we assumed referred to the meal type. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the only available offering was the Mother's Day buffet brunch. When I mentioned this to the hostess, she explained that "standard" referred to the seating arrangement, not the menu selection. While our table was well-situated, accessing the buffet was inconvenient—it required navigating through two other restaurants, a hallway, and passing by the washrooms. The food quality was underwhelming for a restaurant of this caliber; both the roast beef and ham were dry and served cold. The only highlights were the desserts and the made-to-order omelettes. Adding to our disappointment, after just an hour and a couple of trips to the buffet, we were informed that it would be closing in ten minutes, despite our timely arrival. The most enjoyable aspect of our visit was the presence of an adorable small dog at the neighboring table.
