Delicious food. I had the scallops and they were on top of a rich chowder. Hubby had trout. Tender and accompanied by fresh veggies. Seating by front windows had perfect ambiance. Service was top notch. Will definitely be back.

Ambience and service were excellent. Food was very average; tasteless and over cooked. If you are going for the food; don't.

Beautifully done steak with an exceptional bottle of wine to celebrate our Anniversary Wonderful service with a lovely view of the blossoming flowerboxes.

There were four of us and we had two of the Brome Lake Duck Breast which was tasty and the sauce was delicious. The steak was served medium as requested and was quite good, but not as tender as hoped. The last entree was the Lamb and was very flavourful and accompanied by interesting vegetables consisting of baked onions, peas, kale and miniature sweet peppers. Our server Frank was helpful, efficient, and most pleasant. A lovely meal in elegant surroundings, thoroughly enjoyable.

We ordered a bottle of red wine, a bread appetizer to start, and for the main we've had 1 duck and 1 lamb. Food was not bad but not as expected for the price. We have waited a very long time for the waitress to finally notice us for ordering food.. there are many options nearby so i was hoping the restaurant could be more attentive to customers /tourists in the future.

We're local so we've been to the Prince of Wales many times. Today we went for breakfast for my 60th birthday. Our server Nick was absolutely fantastic super friendly and very courteous. His customer service was excellent. He even got me a pillow for my back. I had the eggs Benedict. It was superb. My husband had the traditional breakfast and although it was delicious the only thing I'll say about the eggs was that they were a little too over fried and greasy kind of like diner eggs. Not very appealing. I would recommend a clean frying pan on a lower heat, not the greased up grill. We sat in the atrium by the window and I couldn't help noticing the mismatched chairs which were in dire need of restoration. You can do better POW.

We were very disappointed with Noble and surprised. They have a nice ambiance and good reputation; however, the food was horrible. Both the duck and the lamb were tough and overpriced. The "amuse bouche" was a cracker with cream cheese? And the dessert cookie was completely inedible - a pink butter mint? The oysters were also not fresh and overpriced. Not at all what we expected or hoped for. We do not recommend this restaurant. We have been coming to Niagara on the Lake for many years and eaten at perhaps 25 restaurants. This one was the worst.

Had breakfast reservation for Window seating and noted in reservation app that occasion was Wife’s birthday, not sure if Noble had this noted, but all considered, I did not mention - checked in and told that it’s first come, first served for window seating, but if later we see availability then to let the waitress know - we were seated with view to window - waitress served coffee & tea pots, by reaching over (instead of going around) our table to place these items on other side of table, missed elbows to our faces, then asked for wife to turn over coffee cup (isn’t waitress supposed to do so?) so that she could pour the coffee - large round table of 5+ in front of ours, had older guy showing off 3/4 of his butt crack (Gross!!! really!!! Should have taken a pic and posted, but guess would have been considered pornography) our waitress was also their waitress, guess she didn’t see anything, but might’ve if she had gone around to the other side of our table… Manager was notified accordingly… window seating became available, we notified waitress and a bit of time later we were moved to window table - coffee & tea were replenished & so was orange juice - we were offered an additional complimentary meal item, but we already were finishing our plates and declined the additional meal, especially considering there was only two of us - refills, what refills, not asked if water was to be refilled, nor the Coffee or Tea and we were billed fully for entire breakfast - how would you rate this birthday breakfast??

What an amazing dining experience. The food was great and the service was fantastic, we will definitely be returning next time we stay in NOTL.

Did not know how to do a wine spritzer, the pizza I ordered was hard as cardboard and burned at the edges, the waitress did not know how to input gift certificates, finally the third person she asked knew how to do it. We have been frequenting vintage hotels for over 30 years but this was the most disappointing experience ever.

We loved the hotel and lounge bar and the restaurant did not disappoint! Excellent food and wide array of local wine choices.

Our server, Graham was wonderful. However, we were expecting the food to be better than it was for the price.

Initial impression entering restaurant was poor due to predominant fish smell. Once our party of two was seated, we requested relocation to a more engaging window table, which was graciously accommodated, although took nearly 15 minutes, not 5 as initially estimated. We started my wife's birthday celebration with glasses of champagne, but were disappointed to see that one was the flat, final pour from a long past opening, while the other (my wife's, of course!) was fresh & bubbly. The scallop appetizer was well prepared and tasty. The duck entrée was an overdone, rather dry medium. The steak was a perfect med-rare and delicious. Unfortunately, the accompanying green beans, rainbow carrots & bull- blood (unfortunate name) beets were all undercooked-crunchy. For dessert, the chocolate fudge cake was poor, as it tasted like raw flour. This was especially disappointing given that this offering was a key decision in choosing this restaurant over others given it's a favorite of my wife's. Our server, Gerard, was excellent in all aspects. Overall, an underwhelming dining experience.
