One of the best meals we've had in a very long time! From the innovative brassica salad with blueberries, baby kale, shaved kohlrabi, and chopped pecans to the perfectly seasoned and prepared sirloin with assorted mushrooms, excellent asparagus, confît-ed fingerling potatoes, every bite was perfect. Our dinner companions had roasted duck breast with confit duck leg and local veg, and roasted spatchcock chicken with succotash that included edamame and wood ear mushrooms....
We had a wonderful dinner at Noble, located inside the Prince of Wales Hotel. The setting is elegant and romantic—perfect for a special evening. Service was top-notch: professional, friendly, and very attentive.

Our reservation was for a birthday lunch (which was noted in the reservation- but no one acknowledged with even so much as a happy birthday). While the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, I didn't find Noble to be very clean. There was quite a bit of dust and the floors/baseboards looked like they'd seen better days. Our server was very odd and my companion even had to refill her own water. She also offered to bring us ketchup with our Cesar salad which was very odd....
