The place was beautiful and our service was amazing! However the food was not fresh and very very underwhelming. For the price it was very limited choice of food and also dishes were very small. We had the charcuterie board and the capicollo was yellow and smelly, the risotto was undercooked and very bland. I am usually not a picky person but this was very disappointing considering the level of class, money that someone would spend. Not sure if they are understaffed but totally not worth it.
great restaurant with excellent service, the food is tasty and well plated and the wines are great. One of the nice restaurants in the area, will be back
We had a lovely lunch get together with family visiting from the UK and sat outside on the patio as the weather was perfect. I would recommend visiting the winery restaurant at Peller Estates next time you're in the Niagara region.
Given the fixed price limited menu I expected both of our mains to be excellent. My husband's pasta with lobster was excellent. Mine- The salmon - was dry and tasteless as was the accompanying quinoa and should be removed from the menu.
The overall atmosphere was very nice and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I just didn't think the food measured up for the cost. I found the sirloin was cooked good but lacked seasoning and was tough to cut. The plate presentation was very well done. My Wife had the salmon and had the same result on lack of seasoning.
Lovely, tranquil setting at large winery. Plenty of indoor or charming outdoor tables overlooking orchard. Good menu and wine tastings. Attentive service.
Amazing venue, especially outside overlooking the vineyard. Food was excellent - we went for lunch and had the prix fixe with wine pairings - beautifully done.
đ·đŸThe wine selection was exceptional, with a fantastic range of reds, whites, and sparkling wines. The Icewine, of course, was a highlightârich, smooth, and unlike anything else.
đŽđ„©The set menu at their restaurant was simply delicious.
If you're looking for a winery experience that combines great wine, fantastic food, and beautiful surroundings, Peller Estate is the place to be. Iâll definitely be back for another round of wine and food pairing!
A delectable meal in a very elegant and quiet dining room, with warm and attentive service and excellent wine pairings - who could ask for anything more?!
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience with my guests from Hong Kong on Wednesday, 24 September 2025. The lunch fell for short of standards I expected from an establishment of reputation on Niagara Winery district. The female server wearing the glasses was so unprofessional without any friendly smile throughout the meal. I had ordered a bottle of Signature Riesling 2021 and she showed up the vintage 2022 and told me that the wine list did not update as reason. When she cleared up my finished main course plate and cutleries, the dinner knife was dropped on my leg and she did not apologize but made a comment that I had a napkin covered luckily. I expected bread and butter to be served since the bread side plate and butter knife were set on the table. NO bread and butter for the whole meal! Only a very limited asking how about the food when she rushed passing to the patio. She gave me the bill of $454.26 plus tip 18% of 81.77 totally $536.03 for my party. I expected a professional hospitality in the service. I had tried to invite my friends when visited Toronto from Hong Kong to have lunch for more than twice during the visit to Niagara and I will not revisit the Peller Winery Restaurant again in the future. The ice lounge is a must try experience!
Beautiful Winery. We did the Greatest tour and have a lot of fun! The lady running the tour was entreteining, funny and knowledgeable.
The wines were okay, except for their Ice Wine which was amazing. The experience of being on the Iglu was also really fun. I would recommend this tour and Winery. Thank you!
Where do I start, practically itâs a wine shop, one tasting station for tons of people coming off tour busses.
Worst hospitality ever!
Honestly donât waste your money here, $9 for each single wine tasting . The wines are better Trader Joeâs than these quacks đ. What a joke .
Very disappointed in this tour. I donât understand how a company that is dedicated to the taste of their wine, not know the basics of wine tasting? âRolled rim glassâ?? Really? For every type of wine? Please invest in your staff to take the Riedel worshop. Every different wine should have the custom type of glass. Please understand the basics of how the human palette works. Everything tasted terrible in your glasses. And no I donât need a cheap glass as a souvenir. Donât just sell Riedel glasses in your shop- educate yourselves.
My friend and I went on our annual winery tours adventure. Peller Estate was on our list and did not disappoint. The tour was very informative and John the tour guide was extremely knowlegeable and we enjoyed listening to him. Kyle was our server and was very helpful with what to order and the food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful time.
