I went to this location with my family for a pizza. When placing the order, I specifically mentioned twice that I wanted it easy on the sauce. Unfortunately, what we received was the exact opposite – it had extra sauce on the bottom. The guy working there seemed more focused on his phone than on taking the order correctly. Mistakes can happen, and I wouldn’t have minded if he had at least apologized, but instead he just said, “thank you for the feedback” without acknowledging the issue. There was no greeting or effort to make the experience better. He doesn't even know the difference among easy, extra and standard duh, as per conversation with him.

In ordered a single slice of cheese pizza and the guy charged almost $10 bucks for it. I paid then I noticed that he overcharged me. After complaining the said he made a mistake in the register. He reimbursed me the difference. It looked dishonest to me. Make sure to check your bill before paying.

So the pizza was good. But he took my cash , handled the money from the till. And went right back to making the food. All I ask is please wash your hands after each handling of the money.

We've had multiple occasions where we ordered plant based items (dairy free cheese, plant based chicken) and got real cheese and real chicken. It happened before with real cheese. They corrected it and remade the pizza. But we had already taken a bite before realizing it wasn't dairy free. And then on a separate occasion, ordered plant based chicken bites and got real chicken. Again had already taken a bite before realizing. This was very upsetting considering how important it is for some people with their diets, food choices, and religion. They did offer a refund but at that point it was already too late to change anything.

I asked for thick crust instead I got burnt and thin pizza

Orderd a special was curious the price of the pizza so I asked for a recite, and the worker just starred me down as if I thought they were under cutting the change.... it didn't end with the look I got I ended up getting the pizza and the slices were cut all weird smal big medium not straight cuts all over the pizza..... also the damn thing got 3 people feeling sick... not happy with service I used to have a great view on pizza pizza but over the past 2 years it's changing....

Owner needs to keep more employs as there was only 1 person working on Saturday as it was super busy it took almost 1 hour for 1 large pizza. Owner spend money on staff how can you keep just one employee on weekend . Owner is forcing 1 employee to work as it needs atleast 3 employs to run the store.
