Great food and amazing views
Wonderful spot for supper and wine. The food and service were great, the views were nice, and the wine was delicious. Super dog-friendly (on the covered patio) and family-friendly. We met the owners and had a delightful conversation. We'll be back!
Ravine has always been a favourite spot for our family. In part, it is the impeccable service, in part the incredible view of the vineyards with massive willow trees in the distance, in part the live music in the summer, and in part because our active kids can run around safely among the vines so that my wife and I can actually enjoy our wine.
The food has always been amazing here - we have eaten in their formal dining area and their casual pizza spot (no reservations available for the latter).
This year they have taken their pizza game to the next level. We ordered the Calabrian Sun and their weekly feature - we couldn’t decide which of them was the best pizza we had ever had. The crust was thin and firm but still somehow soft, all of the ingredients were farm fresh and complimented each other subtly and perfectly.
This place is magic.
Popped in after a good morning at the Falls (recommend the boat trip from the Canadian side).
Opted for the lunch menu al fresco. Anastasia, our server, was on point with suggestions. Food was plentiful and delicious (pate, cheeseburger, sandwich of the day). Had no room for dessert but shared a slice of Basque cheesecake regardless.
The revelation was the wine. I am NOT a connoisseur nor an expert.
Keep that in mind. However, the white Chadonnay was silky and summer fresh, and the red Merlot was demanding/insistent that attention be paid to everything that was happening. And, as in Genesis 1, it was Good.
The Riesling Ice Wine was, well, we bought 2 bottles before we left (as well as 2 jars of the lavender strawberry rhubarb preserve.
Why has it been so long since I visited?
Beautiful setting, great service, delicious food!
Amazing wine tasting/food and Tracey was a perfect server along with the rest of the team
Beautiful winery with outstanding award winning wines 🍷 We really enjoyed our wine tasting with a local cheese board! Fantastic knowledgeable staff made the wine tasting fun and memorable. I recommend it 💯
The food and drink is incredibly overpriced for what it is plus the handicap parking is in the worst possible spot I’ve ever seen. It’s in gravel on a brutal slant, which was almost impossible for me to get out of my car into my wheelchair. I would not recommend this place. When entering the restaurant I was able to make it up their ramp which was no problem. I entered through the door, which was right at the ramp and I was told to leave and use the other door, so I left went around the side of the building to the main door, which entered into the same exact room I was just told to get out of Bloody bizarre place.
Dec 2 2024. 1st visit to Ravine Winery. Our host Kyle was very welcoming, informative, and friendly. We enjoyed our visit and will recommend and return !
Wonderful dinner on a cold November night! First time at Ravine and enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommend the gravalax first course, halibut second and pear tarte tatin third. Very generous servings and whipped potato side was alone worth the trip from Toronto. Thanks to Michelle and everyone at Ravine for a much needed escape!

A fun wine tasting experience, amazing food and even better service. Highly recomend
Ravine has the tastiest wines in the region! Compared to other wineries, there wasn’t a single miss on our tasting. The Ravine Chardonnay is particularly special and surprising, buttery like a short bread cookie! The Gamay Noir was new to us and it was the most drinkable red I’ve ever had.
Victoria was an excellent host and was expertly knowledgeable about each wine.
The place itself is a cute farmhouse with comfy high tables. I also spotted a gorgeous banquet hall downstairs when using the restroom. This would be an excellent space for a party!
The service was excellent, the atmosphere is very nice. The first course was very good, the mains were exceptionally salty. That’s all we could taste. We found this on a previous visit but wanted to try it again. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
Ravine was our wedding venue come true! Working with Abby and the team was smooth. We couldn't have picked a better space for our special day. On top of this, it is by far our favourite restaurant and place to come together!! Our guests raved about the food and space- from the beef short rib to the beautiful space, 5 stars from our guests!
Really nice, rustic farm to table restaurant with a rotating menu. Staff is amazing and back of the house was more than understanding with my plus one's dietary restrictions
