Real Fruit Bubble Tea

We ordered 5 Real Fruit Popular Mango Smoothies from here, but they were made with too much water. The smoothies were very watery with no thickness, and the mango chunks were very less compared to other locations. We are regular customers at the Scarborough stores, so this was really disappointing. Hope they improve the quality and consistency next time.

Store was supposed to be open till 9pm and when we showed up before 8pm was told it was closed. Luckily there was another bubble tea option open at the eatery…which we could have been directed to, but found ourselves.

Very rude and unprofessional both ladies

Both the ladies refused to even look at me - stood at an empty counter for about 15 minutes. One kind lady was cutting mangoes and did everything to not acknowledge someone lined up and the other literally looked everywhere but at a customer lined up. Finally When i said ‘excuse me’ she said shouted something in not English and pointed at a self serve kiosk. I think maybe the store should say self serve only if there is no counter ordering? Why is there a till if there is no ordering at the counter? Just a very rude staff altogether.

Cant go wrong with this place so refreshing.

Stood in line for 10 minutes at the front of cash 10 minutes while no order was taken while they kept making kiosk orders that came in after, if thats the case at least let me know as im waiting like a fool.

It wasn't empty, neither crowded. Just Right. Our order came very quickly and it was amazing. If your at the outlets. This is a great place for smoothies and drinks!

The self ordering system is ridiculous. Some of the machines don’t work, they don’t provide receipts, you can’t customize your drink, and on top of that— it asks you if you want to tip! For an order YOU punched in yourself!

Grabbed a real fruit classic (Mango Diamond Slush) post-shopping! Atmosphere is very open-concept! I like the whole mini-secluded drink for 2 on the left side of the store! Service was awesome as well! We asked for 0% sugar and the girl was concerned if it would be a bit too sour so she made us try a bit before making it which was super nice of her! Also made the drink more enjoyable bwhaha- overall clean space, great drink & awesome service!

Mango Diamond Slush is my go to drink. I went inside and order in self check out. Next thing, a customer (who ordered in the cashier) handed me a small receipt that they thought its our receipt. I was like okay so I put it on the table. Little did I know the staff in the counter was looking dead serious to us and said “I need that to make your drink” while pointing at the receipt and being aggressive.
My boyfriend explain the situation but it would be nice if the staff handled the situation very well. This is why customer service is important.
The customer (who gave us the receipt) apologized to us about the situation but the staff didn’t.

Real Fruit store please addressed this issue.
