The self ordering system is ridiculous. Some of the machines don’t work, they don’t provide receipts, you can’t customize your drink, and on top of that— it asks you if you want to tip! For an order YOU punched in yourself!

Grabbed a real fruit classic (Mango Diamond Slush) post-shopping! Atmosphere is very open-concept! I like the whole mini-secluded drink for 2 on the left side of the store! Service was awesome as well! We asked for 0% sugar and the girl was concerned if it would be a bit too sour so she made us try a bit before making it which was super nice of her! Also made the drink more enjoyable bwhaha- overall clean space, great drink & awesome service!

Mango Diamond Slush is my go to drink. I went inside and order in self check out. Next thing, a customer (who ordered in the cashier) handed me a small receipt that they thought its our receipt. I was like okay so I put it on the table. Little did I know the staff in the counter was looking dead serious to us and said “I need that to make your drink” while pointing at the receipt and being aggressive.
My boyfriend explain the situation but it would be nice if the staff handled the situation very well. This is why customer service is important.
The customer (who gave us the receipt) apologized to us about the situation but the staff didn’t.

Real Fruit store please addressed this issue.
