Great food and service.

Great beers and vibes! Would highly recommend if you’re in the Niagara area! Dog friendly too!

Four of us stopped in for a couple beers and a snack while visiting Niagara and Niagara-on-the-lake. The service was top notch, I don't recall his name, because I am the worst at that... wish I did because he deserves recognition. Guess I will have to go back. The beers were fantastic! I personally love the black lager, my wife got the Teenty Hazy Years, also a fantastic beer! Now, our little snack... the food put an already great experience over the top! So delicious! The whipped feta and pita!, i could eat right from the bowl with a spoon, so good! The salad with fresh peaches, so good! The feature fries, amazing. Great atmosphere, great beers, great service and great food. A+ and we hope to be back for sure!

Delicious food and beer, as well as amazing service!

Their Black Lager rivals Guiness and in my opinion tastes better and is not as heavy. The food is very good with very good service. We sat outside on a picnic table which at the best of times is still uncomfortable when sitting for a long period of time. Overall a very nice experience in the old town of Virgil.

Such a cool vibe! Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area especially for beer and wine taste testing. The Black Lager, Nut Brown Ale, Tropical Situation, Altar Ego, and Extra Special Bitter were what we tried and they were excellent! Food is superb here too.
We started with the Whipped Feta which we tend to get a lot when it's available at different dispensaries and this one was easily one of the best we had. My Buffalo Chicken Burger was so delicious, crispy, and the Gorgonzola cheese added a lot to it as well. My wife ordered the Tofu Tacos which she enjoyed and liked even more when she added pickles that I didn't want from my burger. Wasn't as messy as she thought it was gonna be too! Our fries were nice and crispy and very well seasoned as well.
Staff was excellent and gave great recommendations and we had great conversation with him. Again, highly recommend stopping here!

Food and beer was good, but pricey, got the chicken fried plate(23$)…2 chicken wings and 2 small chunks of leg, served with fews sliced of pickles, not a plate for me

We visited silversmith for an anniversary dinner this evening. Forgot to take pictures though 🙃 we ordered the poutine appetizer to share and my husband ordered the fried chicken sandwich and I ordered the steak sandwich. The poutine was a decent size for one person... but we shared it, and the sandwiches were so pitifully small :( the steak sandwich was $24 and does not come with any sides, just a small Focaccia bun with some steak on it and arugula. We stuck around because it was trivia night and that was fun, we ended up ordering another appetizer because we were still hungry. The whipped feta with pita chips.

Food was 100% delicious, the staff was 100% friendly but I hate going out to eat and paying a premium and leaving wanting more👎

cool place to grab a bite, and dog friendly. The waitress gave us a warm welcome even brought my pup a fresh bowl of water as soon as we sat down (small gestures like this really does set the tone) The place itself is really cool, food and drinks were delicious! We had the Beergrina (which was really nice) and a light lager that was nice and smooth. We also had the pretzel bites, pork belly nachos, smash burger and fish sandwich, honestly everything we ordered was a hit! And the waitress was absolutely amazing, highly recommend this place.

It was the second day of celebrating my birthday, and we took a little trip outside of Toronto. For lunch, we chose this beautiful pub-restaurant! The atmosphere was so warm, the interior was lovely, and the food was incredible! Steak, chicken, feta, a kids’ burger, and even the salad with the steak — everything was just perfect! Thank you for the pleasant and very quick service. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask the name of the waitress who served us, but it’s her birthday today, August 19, and she made our experience even more delightful :) We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends!

Shout out to Silversmith! These guys are simply one of the best craft breweries in the region and one of our favorite spots on a short weekend getaway. The atmosphere is genuinely lovely, a converted church to brewery. Clean wood, stone, metal, and white create a warm casual welcoming vibe. The service was warm, helpful, yet that cool edge which made you want to engage more. The beer alone is a reason to check them out, each style was executed properly and served well. The food I understand changes over time as a partnership, but on our occasion they had excellent partners, each dish we tried was delicious and complimented their beers well. This place is a true gem, I wished I lived closer!
