Four of us stopped in for a couple beers and a snack while visiting Niagara and Niagara-on-the-lake. The service was top notch, I don't recall his name, because I am the worst at that... wish I did because he deserves recognition. Guess I will have to go back. The beers were fantastic! I personally love the black lager, my wife got the Teenty Hazy Years, also a fantastic beer! Now, our little snack... the food put an already great experience over the top! So delicious!...
Their Black Lager rivals Guiness and in my opinion tastes better and is not as heavy. The food is very good with very good service. We sat outside on a picnic table which at the best of times is still uncomfortable when sitting for a long period of time. Overall a very nice experience in the old town of Virgil.
Such a cool vibe! Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area especially for beer and wine taste testing. The Black Lager, Nut Brown Ale, Tropical Situation, Altar Ego, and Extra Special Bitter were what we tried and they were excellent! Food is superb here too.
