Slow and careless service, there are many people serving and they are disorganized when delivering the orders. They give you half and after 15 minutes, the other half. I will not return.

They consistently make great drinks and get the orders right. I had made a mistake on my mobile order on Friday evening and meant to get an iced drink but had accidentally ordered it hot. I asked if it could be iced and they were more than accommodating and I overheard one employee answer another who questioned if it was ordered iced and they had said that “it doesn’t matter how it was ordered, if they want it iced we will give them iced.” I apologized at least 3 times as I felt bad and like a pain, but the same employee who I overheard gave me the drink and was very friendly and was so nice when I apologized again. Would definitely recommend this location. Great drinks and awesome service! Always clean and they have a quick moving drive thru.
Nice upscale coffee house. Nice staff. Foamy coffee. I had my pinky finger up as i sipped.

Have waited over 30 minutes in store for our order. When I approached to see if we were missed staff informed me they are 30 minutes behind. No mention of this when we placed our order

Service 0/5, pleasant and friendly but member at the window is incompetent with no listening skills. Called them within 10 mins of my transaction to explain the error which landed the team member a 140+% tip rather than the 40+% intended and management just went in the standard customer service circles to get someone off the phone. Did not make me feel heard or valued. Also no actual apology was offered for the team member inadvertently and unintentionally (with no malice, no accusation here it was genuinely a misunderstanding) stealing money from me. Not a single sorry even after I explained that I don't want them in trouble, I understand mistakes happen and that I didn't believe there was malicious intent and that all I wanted was for someone to make sure procedure for card reloads is gone over and that someone explains that even if it was unintentional, it was theft.
TLDR;
(My card was reloaded with the incorrect amount due to inability to listen and a misunderstanding and I paid cash so the much larger than intended change was left to them)

Been a Starbucks member for more than a decade, not once in that time has anyone ever argued over a misunderstanding. Oh well. I'll stick to visiting the Thorold Stone location. 👌

A good location close to the college and next to the outlet mall. The drive thru seems to be the main driver of business so the seating area is never too full.

The new pecan latte they have was sooo good, I also got the tomato and mozza sandwich, it had what looked like 1 tomato was on it. Pretty disappointed since it was like 8 bucks.

No soap or hand sanitizer in either bathroom. Told one of the employees and I was told “we don’t have any at this store”. What?? Gross. People were really nice though.

They didn't even look at the iPad for mobile ordering, the service was terrible, and no one responded when I asked them.

The staff working there is friendly but not diligent. I ordered a latte with almond milk, but they gave me a latte with cow's milk. I ended up vomiting and having a stomachache, so make sure to check what they serve you.

One of the two bathrooms was flooded at the time of this writing.
Should be fixed soon. Still had one bathroom in service.

Not the greatest visit to Starbucks, staff just having personal conversations with eachother not even making the drive thru order drinks with not a care in the world.. If you are looking for a fast drink this is not the place.
