The guy closing Tuesday Aug 5th was superrr kind, my sister had accidentally spilled a drink during closing, and instead of being annoyed (which would be an understandable response) helped and reassured us that it was okay and he would take care of it, great service!! :)

Terrible experience here, unprofessional and rude staff ignoring customers.
Note to management: when having new menu items, try offering samples. Especially if you want to upsell food items.
The barista said they don’t have sample cups so it’s “illegal” to serve samples
Also when walking in no “hello” or any greeting from the 4-5 baristas on the floor.
Would love to see more effort with customer connection here 🙏🏻
Side note: the AC is cranked way too high here. Not enjoyable to sit inside.

I'm back to visiting this Starbucks routinely, and some of the same staff is still here, providing the same awesome experiences. The staff is so nice, it makes my morning, and compelled me to write this review. Shout out to the manager, Ryan!
Food at the Starbucks is always well prepared. It's not like the McDonald's across the parking lot where you're more likely to have your order screwed up than not.
I took one star away from atmosphere, because some of the tourists/visitors behave cluelessly or selfishly, And it can get really annoying during busy times. The parking lot can get a bit ragey.
Usually there's no problem finding parking here, but on holidays it can get difficult.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered 3 drinks, 2 of which were mango dragonfruit refreshers. They tasted like coffee water with bits of dragonfruit for colour. We went back through the drive thru to advise and return our drinks and we're not even acknowledged. No apologies nothing. They handed us the drink and didn't say a word. Extremely bad service and terrible drinks. BY FAR THE WORST STARBUCKS
