I can’t believe they’re permanently closed. This was my favorite Starbucks ever. Got so much work done here. So sad to see them go.

The staff was too rude, on telling them that it's my birthday, they didn't wish me...and have us very third grade drinks

I always come here for coffee before work. The staff are so sweet, coffee is always made to perfection. I am so sad to see this Starbucks location close in October!

Usually when I order any of the breakfast wraps and ask for sriracha, other stores only give me one sachet. This store goes above and beyond to ensure I have a good amount of sriracha for my egg wrap! Great service!

Never gets too busy from what I can tell. Unlike the 'fake' Starbucks on the main drag in NOTL, this one is a real Starbucks (accepts Star rewards, etc.) The staff are energetic and welcoming, sometimes I get the feeling they are happy to see anyone as it gets pretty slow at times.

My husband just picked me up an order consisting of a specialty drink and a blueberry muffin. Service is always perfect. Muffins are delicious. Drink is perfect. 10*** plus.

Would rate a zero if I could. We visited Saturday sometime between 11:30-12:15. I ordered a pistachio iced latte and was told they don’t have the stuff to make it (take down the big sign then) my husband ordered a dark roast to be told they don’t have any made and she gave him a. Choice of 2 other kinds. He places his order Ann told him he “was lucky to even get that” that they stop making those 2 types at 11. He told her he didn’t consider it “lucky” to not get the 2 things we ordered. Not impressed with the service or what they had to offer. I think the “lucky” person is the girl who somehow still has a job there.

I just wanted to thank the barista by the name of, Em. I was just in the restaurant. I was having trouble with my new lid and recycle cup and “Em” took great care of me. I had to pour my latte into a new cup and iid and Em kindly put a fresh topping of cinnamon and caramel on top for me. The restaurant was really busy but she still took the time to look after me. I hope Starbucks appreciates this personal kind of service. I will come back to this place because of Em. I was super impressed by your barista, Em. In this world we don’t often take the time to be grateful and it is more important than ever. Thank you Em. I hope your manager’s read this. Martha
