Did not like this Starbucks at all. Hot chocolate had all the "chocolate" at the bottom, washroom was not working, overcrowded, service was not great. All somewhat expected symptoms of a coffee shop in a high traffic tourist area. You're better off with another local alternative.

Just so ya know it’s not corporate so no refills. And the way they told us was kinda rude 😌. So here :)

We went here for a coffee before the play in Niagara On The Lake. It was very busy, but the staff did a great job keeping the lines moving and serving with a smile.

The coffee is not Starbucks brand!

So disappointed. We ordered 2 coffes and the taste was like just water dressed in brown.
And the place was dirty. The owner does not care? You lost us as customers.

Oh wow, I've had some interesting customer service experiences, but this one takes the cake! The three ladies on duty around 6 PM really outdid themselves. When I politely asked the cashier about my drink and mentioned a small change, she looked at me like I had just asked for a kidney. Then the barista practically threw the drink at me like we were in a dodgeball match! The sass was strong with this crew today—must be something in the water!

WARNING - not a real Starbucks!! It looks nice from the outside but they don't provide an authentic Starbucks experience. For the first year that they were open they didn't honour star rewards but (as the response from the owner correctly states) now they do.

HOWEVER... no 'for here' mugs, no free refills and a tall pike is $3.31 vs. $2.47 up the road.

Go up Niagara Stone road (Mississauga St.) to the Virgil location. Or check out the independent coffee shops on the strip. You have been warned.
