My sisters and I had breakfast here twice during our recent visit to NOTL. The food is excellent and our server, Jennifer, was wonderful - very friendly and funny - we requested her section on our second visit. We were surprised at how quickly our food was prepared.

Good service, great atmosphere..disappointed with the club sandwich, typically used to easy cut sandwich portions not just a chunk of dried chicken bread surrounded by four slices of dried out bread. Mayo on the side in little condiment packs was not enough. The chicken breast was so hard I needed a steak knife. Not impressed at all.

I went there with my family the store smells like rotten oil , the fries were not good they were burnt , the hamburger was also dry and unpleasant, the waiter's were super nice and kind , but overall the food is horrible

Our favorite dishes involved the signature Canadian pea meal bacon. We were so impressed by the sunset poutine with the hollandaise gravy - do not miss out on this dish.
We also did Benedict, French toast with berries, and coffees around.
A great, simple casual option.

My husband and I had breakfast here years ago and since we were back in town figured we had to give it another try. Just as good as it was in 2019. Great food and great service, right in the heart of downtown so shops all around to walk off a big meal!

Our server was amazing! The food was delicious but the manager or owner when we tried to use the bathroom and they had closed the downstairs ones (with no indication they were closed) my mother tried to walk down and the owner was said the downstairs bathrooms are closed because the lights are off very snarkily. This place also has little to no public bathrooms. Great place but the owner needs to get a better attitude or leave the customer service industry.

We went there yesterday and overall, it was just okay. The service was actually quite fast and friendly, and the outdoor seating area was nice, but the interior smelled greasy and felt a bit stuffy.
The menu really needs an update it’s very limited, mostly just basic diner items and a small side salad. If you want to swap the homemade fries for a salad, they charge $5 extra, which honestly feels unreasonable. My boyfriend got the Eggs Benny, but the hollandaise sauce tasted like it came from a mix, and the eggs weren’t the best quality. The bacon and sausage were overcooked and dry.
I ordered over easy eggs, but one of them came out almost medium-well. On the bright side, they did have couple bread options. Still, the whole meal felt a bit underwhelming.
They should really consider expanding their menu to include more protein-forward options or something for people following different diets like keto or carnivore even smaller spots these days have something more versatile. The fries were also quite burnt and not worth the extra charge.
Also, there are only two washrooms, one of which is downstairs with just a single stall, which isn’t very convenient. Overall, it was fine for a basic breakfast, but nothing stood out and there’s definitely room for improvement.
