The Old Firehall Restaurant

Myself, my wife, and my parents stopped in on a whim after a day touring NOTL on some rental E-Bikes.
It’s a small restaurant, with maybe 6-8 tables for 4 each, but that works in its favour… it makes it feel more cared for, more quaint.
The food was an excellent and it came out piping hot. I had the Firehouse burger myself with a side salad, and the patty was juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. My wife had the fish and chips and it was cooked very well as well … also, the batter was fantastic.
Very friendly and engaged staff.
Would definitely recommend giving them a chance if you’re looking for a good sized bite in the area.

Nice small restaurant. Mostly delicious food. Very good prices.
Tried different things . French onion soup is ok, nothing special. Saganaki was delicious. Escargots where very good. Shrimps was nice as well. Salads where good . Lamb chops where amazing and cooked properly. Very reasonable price. Beef tenderloin was good , but it's not filet mignon. Much thinner cut.
House wine was good.
We sat outside, was some flies . Luckily no mosquitoes, but if you go after sunset , may be better sit inside.

The food and service were both exceptional here! There was also a small mixup with a food order, however the staff handled it very well. We left extremely satisfied and if we find ourselves back in the area will definitely go back.

The prices at the restaurant are almost double what it says online. They know this and don't update it.

We enjoyed eating at this cozy and peaceful restaurant for Sunday lunch. The server was attentive and friendly. I had grilled calamari, crab cakes, and a chicken parm sandwich. We would definitely come again!

Absolutely beautiful meal. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the escargot was tender and delicious, and the creme brulee to die for. The service was outstanding too. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough

We were in town for several days and visited twice because it was so great. The pasta dishes were great, topped with yummy feta cheese. It's a cool blend of Italian and Mediterranean food. We also enjoyed the Saganaki cheese dish with was a fun flambayed dish. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be back!

We had a party of seven and all were delighted with our dinners. We had 3 firefighters steaks (delicious), a lovely pasta dish and three different delicious salads. The service was wonderful and the prices very reasonable. I was recommended to this place by 2 other couples at my Bed and Breakfast!

Vegetarian options: My friend had a delicious vegetarian salad. The Greek salad was delicious as well.
