Tiara Restaurant, located in the majestic Queen's Landing hotel, offers a luxurious dining experience with a relaxed atmosphere and stunning lakefront views. The restaurant provides an intimate setting perfect for celebrating special occasions, with tables featuring white tablecloths overlooking the yacht harbour. Guests have the option to dine outdoors, with seating next to the garden being excellent. The service is exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable servers who make recommendations and ensure a smooth dining experience. Outstanding service is provided by the waiter, with old-world charm rarely seen today. The menu features a variety of dishes, with plated entrees being very generous in size and tastefully prepared. The food is hot when served, and the taste and presentation of dishes are top-notch. The shrimp and mussel appetizers are a must-try. Main courses include beef striploin and shrimp linguine, with saffron linguini with giant shrimp and roasted game hen wrapped in crispy prosciutto being enjoyed. Desserts like Bananas Foster Cream Pie and Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse are highly recommended, and guests are advised to keep room for dessert. The food quality and quantity were good, with very generous portions. The steak was cooked to perfection and was still tender as leftovers. Tiara Restaurant boasts a varied wine list featuring local wines with a sommelier to give guidance if necessary. All other service staff in the bar, patio, and host/hostess desk were wonderfully welcoming. While it is a beautiful setting, noise levels from large groups can sometimes make quiet conversation difficult. This is by far the best restaurant in the Vintage Hotel chain.
