A good spot to enjoy your tea or coffee.
The food wasn't very good. It's not worth the price of the sandwiches. Hardly any meat, they were just thrown together. There was no one else getting any food, so why throw it together. They had the time to make a decent sandwich. They ruined it for me on going to any other stores

We stopped in for breakfast today on our way home from an overnight stay in Niagara on the lake. The older gentleman working the register was great. We watched how kind and patient he was with a family in front of us who seemed like tourists from out of country and whose first language was not English. It took a while for them to place their order yet he was polite and helpful. When it was our turn, he was friendly and social, and we even had a laugh about my drink order, which was an iced latte with no ice!! I appreciate his service as it’s Thanksgiving today and he’s working and he did it with a smile on his face. If only there were more people like him, working in customer service.

Visited this time hortons on Saturday around 3-4pm, i ordered 2 coffees, potato wedges and an icedcap. I ordered slme of these items at the window which the order taker was happy to add however I forgot to scan my tims card for collecting points. Where was an offer for getting 600 points for 2 different visits which was expiring the same day. I wanted to collect the points so i requested if it’s possible for me to get the points for the items i have paid for. The server called the girl named Simran, she asked me what happened and after i explained to her she said NO, when i asked why her response was that it’s been already 4 minutes at DT so i understood that there were customers behind me waiting, i said i can come inside.
I went inside and she processed the refund and took my order again so i was able to collect the points.
But my experience was ruined because of this girl named Simran due to her attitude. She looked so mad and not even once she greeted me with a smile. She was handling this whole process as if she is extremely upset and mad. This is worst way to make the customer feel bad about their requests.
I love Tim Hortons and i mean who doesn’t but people like her make the whole experience go worse because of their non friendly attitude. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends or family to visit this location and won’t be coming back ever.
Recommended dishes: Potato Wedges
Pretty sad when one has to wait several minutes while being ignored at front by counter. The entire crew was fixated on drive through customers. I now remember why I stay away from the chain. Coffee is just not good. They no longer have lemon or other filled donuts. Not the Tim’s of the past. There is a wonderful bakery across the street.

Participating in Red Roof Fundraiser for charity. Unfortunately your NOTL shop was selected as a clue. Your staff could not have been less friendly, less helpful or less rude.
They were asked to say the words we support the Red Roof Project. Not only did they refuse, they told us they were too busy and we should get out!
Nice charity work! Perhaps in a tourist town you should train your staff for better customer service! We have told the organizers to leave your location off the list for next year.
FYI you lost a lot of respect and business Saturday

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered 2 coffees with milk and a black coffee... when I got to the window they gave me 2 coffees with cream and forgot the black coffee...fail

Good size restaurant on the corner at intersection. Furnishings in excellent condition, lots of booths, tables and baby high chairs. Coffee was piping hot and delicious.

Worst customer service ...all the employees have a lot of attitude I want to give them zero star for customer service. I went there with my family we ordered coffess tea plus potato wedges. So when we tried potatoes wedges it was not fresh at all . In that location there is one employee named Aman she was so rude... I also works at tim Hortons I don't think so that was a customer service at all
She needs to learn customer service first
And second how to give food to customer
Thirdly if they are not willing to improve then let me warn the owner that the day is not far when your tim Hortons is going to shut down. I will be posting my experience on social media as well.
