This location has gone to absolute shit. Service, workers and food. These workers do not know how to safely handle food or any of the products without severe contamination. The negligence and disrespect they show customers, this location needs to be shut down.

So I went through the drive through here this afternoon to get my nephew a donut. I reached the window to pay and nit a word was said to me. No hello, no that will be this much, he just stood there as I got my bank card out to pay. I said after I paid, no hello. He looked at me and said have a nice day or something like that. Where is the customer service nowadays. When you are buying from a business and you don't even get a hello. That is pretty bed. Who hires these people!

Went for a coffee and a snack while out and about. Absolutely disappointed with the way this Timmies is kept. Bathrooms were filthy, the seating in the dining area was all ripped and put together with tape, and the garbages were overflowing. Definitely a shame, especially for NOTL.

Gross!!!! I just got a dry, cold and premade BLT. I ordered through the drive through and there was no line and nobody waiting at I couldn't figure out how they had it ready as soon as I drove up to the window... especially when I asked for it to be double toasted. They literally gave it to me 2 seconds after I ordered, how is that possible? It was cold and the bacon was dried out.They literally had it premade already!!!!!!

I tried this location today around 10:10am. What a change this was. Was greeted by a nice gentleman name Ken. I'll start by saying this gentleman is what Tim Hortons is all about.The serve was over and above. Some of the other Tim Hortons can learn from this place.
UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF: I visited this location last week for the first time. The waiting queue was significantly long and yet I was surprised staff to see the staff letting their friends break the queue and attending them first. One of their staff Karamjeet and her boyfriend kept chatting in their native language while others were waiting behind. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful for other customers.

Pulled up to the drive thru and the most horrible body odor smell was coming from inside the restaurant through the window from the staff there. I almost threw up I’m not sure how that is tolerated but it was so horribly disgusting!!!

Train your drive thru staff properly. I was noticing a girl giving smiles to everyone as soon as I pull up and gave a coupon for French vanilla her attitude changed!!!! And no greetings no conversation at all. I’m still paying even though I get free coffee how does that matter with your service. I find it was pure racism. Not going to be back here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
