This store is an unreliable, slow, dumpster fire. Wow. If you can manage to get someone who actually speaks English, your food order MIGHT be right. Many of the staff are miserable and rude. Customer service is DEAD. I understand this location closes at 10pm (it's actually 9, lady I spoke to at drive thru clearly doesn't know anything about her own store), but why is it at 7:50 I go to get dinner, and they're already not serving food anymore. A PROMO sandwich and I can't get one over an hour before they close? Trash location.

While the food came good, the customer service was pathetic. There was a woman there who seemed to be higher up in ranking than the rest, she was dressed differently, also wore glasses and had brown dark hair. She was the most rude, throwing straws at people and slamming food and drinks on the table so hard they all almost fell on the ground. I had to push the drinks and straws back as they teetered on the edge because of the lack of self control and respect this woman had for customers and their order.

Worst coffee shop in the universe. Very poor customer service. Absolutely no idea how to deal with customers. I asked for a large refill and they filled it up three quarter and when I asked can you put more coffee that I paid for than the manager said we measure it however I do buy Tim Horton everyday and the large refills my cup more than than full. I went a bought large coffee and pour in to my cup and filled the whole cup and there was still coffee inside. Not only liars and rude they should never have coffee shop operated in Niagara on the lake. Also the bearded Indian guy was very rude not once twice and yells at customers. I am asking the corporation, how can you allow this store run with this kind of people?? Please answer that . Also they don’t care how they wrap your food absolutely careless and they are miserable.

If the parts you can see are filthy, what are the parts you can't see like? I have been in roadside pitstops in third world contries with cleaner bathrooms than this. Absolutely disgusting smell of urine, used toilet paper all over the floor, soaking wet counters, dirty floors. I wouldn't eat anything that came out of this restaurant.

I had to check the date.. I thought it was April fools day..
Went through the DRIVE THROUGH and asked for a cup of ice water with my order. They asked if I wanted ice in it.. (In my ice water...) then handed me a paper cup with no lid. She had to move slowly so as not to spill my water while passing it to me. Yet you thought this was the best option for the drive? 🤦🏻♀️ Maybe it's time to start hiring people with a degree.

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons location for three years. The service was always about three stars — sometimes good, sometimes bad, both in terms of food and customer service. But enough is enough. There have already been a few times when I left with a stomachache. Today I bought a cilantro chicken wrap, and about 10 minutes after eating it, I started feeling sick and had stomach pain. I had to return home because I wasn’t feeling well. So I won’t be coming back to this location again.
