This timmies is best in Niagara region including food quality and excellent service .I never get disappointed from here .this is the busiest location but staff do excellent job!really appreciated

I love Tim Hortons, but this one delivered me the wrong order the only time I visited there. I had it anyway, though.

Horrible, messed up literally everyone's order.
Not a single person entering was happy.

I ordered a bunch of items for my co workers and expected a wait- but nope! Every came out very quickly, and the staff stayed very fast and friendly the whole time. I just love the service and highly recommend to everyone must visit.

It was like little India. The service was rude and slow the atmosphere was cramped and rude. Employees not wearing hair nets , beard nets. It was dirty and I will never return.

My recent experience was horrible! Customer service decided to shut all the lights completely off on the Tim Hortons customers a couple minutes before 9pm. This was their way of trying to kick everyone out in order to go home on time! First of all this is a violation of consumer rights, and most importantly a health and safety hazard!!!

Your Tim Hortons literally sells a hot beverage and food to customers and minutes later all the lights are shut off on them while they are surrounded by tables and chairs trying to figure their way out. This is unacceptable! As the Customer service/support of the shopping Center a poor display of judgement and behaviour was demonstrated. Someone better investigate this further before someone gets hurt and legal action is taken!

Hands down has to be the most disgusting and least put together Tim’s in the region

We ordered 2 coffee's with espresso shot and a flat pizza and it was long to made put we didn't get any espresso on both coffees and our flat pizza don't have enough sauce in it, i think the staff need a proper training when doing this.

I asked the guy on the register for ice in my drink.. The guy tell me there’s no ice in this location when there was an ice machine right behind him. So then I had my friend order an iced coffee (he didn’t know it was my friend) and I was standing there watching him putting ice in her drink… idk if it was a racist issue or just purely bad service.
