Hope I can give zero starts . Unfriendly staff. No sense how to take and behave. I go there at 17 dec at 12:34 pm and order 2 farmers wrap from the app order number 9361 and 2 from the store drive thru which is chicken wrap deal and a sauce cost 💲8.48 . So they are 4 wraps in total . First I get pulled over so I park in the parking lot . The lady came with 3 wraps in the bag with no sauce. I was opening all the wraps and checking which one is not there . One of her co worker shout at her for my sauce. She walk in the drive thru and get my sauce . I said I am missing 1 wrap which is egg and cheese. So see went inside. My friend came in the car and eating his burrito from Wendys . She is coming back empty handed be like you have all the wraps . She said you have 3 wraps in the hand and your friend is eating one like seriously that’s a big wrap and with Wendys cover . So she is calling me a thief at that point. Girl I just don’t have the time to fight on that day otherwise I will make sure to call my lawyer on that false acquisition . Now I just want to say to tim hortons please see your kitchen camera and fire that girl .

Not busy but making busy.manager was like i am a boss standing and watching instead of helping .I ordered coffee and egg belt and waiting 30 minutes for my order.10 peoples were in shift working slowly giving priority to drive thru .everyone was confused and 12 peoples were waiting for their orders.manager needs to give attention what they are doing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
