Great staff, but last few times my order had been messed up, they need to make sure they give you what you ordered, nothing more frustrating than paying then driving away, tasting the coffee o sandwich and finding out it’s not what you ordered, really disappointed with the Tim Hortons drive thru

Would have given zero star. The croissant was said to be heated with butter. But it was very cold and butter was not even melted. The coffee was watery and barely hot. Asked for small Steeped Tea and they gave large. This location has lowest standard out of all the Tim Hortons i have been to so far. This location definitely needs new staff and management. Don’t know if owners of this Tim Hortons even bother about the reviews. Never going again to this location.

They have watered down coffee and doughy bagels with the thinnest layer of cream cheese.
I ordered a double toasted bagel and it was not double toasted. I am very disappointed, management needs to make some changes.

Third time I asked for 2 milk 2 splenda at drive thru and they got it wrong - also coffee is always weaker here than in Virgil. A management change is needed.
