Drive Theu never tells you the total, and it seems purposeful. In comparison to Starbucks, I rather pay more and not feel so monetized.

Great food fantastic location unfortunately my family , relatives and I will no longer eat are get take out at this location until RBI do something about that individual who thinks she could speak to people any and any how becouse I ask if you guys got my order it wasn’t displayed on the screen knowing fully well the morning before you guys mest up my meal gave me wrong meal and even charge me extra the day before so why can’t I ask if you got my order 🤔

I usually don’t have too bad of an experience here. Gotten food poisoning once but let it go because the staff are usually very friendly. Came back again today to simply get an iced capp and the young blonde girl who was helping me was extremely sour. I smiled said hello, thank you, please, etc and she continues to not respond, giving nasty looks, etc. This is Tim Hortons, if you’re so miserable making coffee, QUIT. It’s not that difficult…

The service here was good. They do their best to take your order and get it right. The people who work here are great. This place is a nice spot if you want to avoid the busy downtown area—especially during the summer—while still being close enough to enjoy everything nearby.

First visit to this Timmy’s in Virgil. Plenty of parking, clean and quiet and good efficient service. Tables needed cleaning though this the 4*

As a local business in Virgil, we make a conscious effort to support other local establishments — but unfortunately, the Tim Hortons at this location has made that incredibly difficult. On three separate occasions, we’ve placed advance orders for special events, and every single time, they’ve either “lost” the order or failed to fulfill it properly.

What’s worse is the lack of accountability. When I called the manager, Cheryl, to try and resolve the issue, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She showed no interest in helping or even acknowledging their repeated mistakes. To make matters worse, she actually lectured my husband when he went to pick up the latest order — instead of offering an apology.

Among our staff, this location has earned the nickname “coffee roulette” — because you never know what you’re going to get. Accuracy, consistency, and basic customer service are seriously lacking.

We truly value supporting local, but Tim Hortons Virgil has made it impossible. Terrible service from start to finish!

Nothing bad to say about this location. Food is great, coffee is piping hot (or ice cold if you want it that way) and the staff is so great. I want to shout out Sarah, she works mornings and is such a gem. So smiley, polite, and accommodating. 10/10 team!

I went on nov 19at near 8:20am and unfortunately i bought vanilla cream cold brew. Afterwards I fell really sick and suffered from bad diarrhoea. Please if you do not have fresh drinks do not serve it. Refuse to serve, at least people won’t be sick. I hope this message will aware the managers. Already complaint to the head office in guest service department.
