The restaurant and winery continues to slip under pellar. The restaurant patio is trashy. The management is indifferent. The restaurant is just not worth the price point. After 20 years we won't be going back to what once was a favourite.
This was my second experience at Trius restaurant. We went for our anniversary this time and really enjoyed ourselves. The food is excellent and they are on the Michelin guide for a reason. I didn’t like that the bread and butter wasn’t included considering with tip and wine, this was like a $400 meal already. It was also served in a plant pot for some reason. My husband got the duck appetizer and I got the ice wine beets. He had the halibut, and I had the Cornish hen. And...
Beautiful winery and an excellent restaurant. Our server Anthony was very pleasant and engaging, super knowledgable about the menu and made the experience all the more enjoyable. The food was absolutely phenomenal, everything paired so nicely and the portions were perfect. Highly recommend.
