I waited 10 minutes after I made my order to receive my food. During those 10 minutes, three cars were served through drive-thru, and those three cars made their order after I did. There wasn't even an apology for the wait.

I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.
I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.
Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.
I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.
Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.
Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those fries, the better!

Stopped here on my way home to get my grandson a chicken nugget kids meal . He was in the car with his grandma. The guy at the counter could barely speak English and wouldn't sell me the kids meal because I didn't have him with me . He kept trying to sell me the adult 6 or 10 pice . Fries were undercooked burger that I got was cold my drink I asked for no ice and he put ice in it . Very disappointed ? I probably won't be back at this location again.

I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and a drink.. the chicken tasted like it had sliced american cheese on it (literally) and most of their carbonated beverages were not available and the one that I had, Coke tasted funny with very little carbonation.

Drive through worker doesn’t understand English, completely ruined my food and my day wouldn’t redo my order I never took a bite out of and there’s Wendy’s garbage all in the parking lot

Was at this location on March 25 at 2:30pm. Had a burger, fries and chili and everything was great. The fries were so hot I had to give them a few minutes to cool down which I will never complain about. I don't mind having to wait a few minutes to get hot fresh fries. Servers were friendly. The seating area was empty and was easy to get a seat. Location is close to the highway which is very convenient if you are on your way to or from Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-lake.

I believe everyone is familiar with this chain of fast food restaurants. It is basically the same as similar fast food restaurants. It is a fast food restaurant with the same characteristics. The service attitude is not bad and the food is fresh.
Parking: There are free parking spaces and a dedicated lane for ordering food. It is very convenient and the parking spaces are sufficient.
Kid-friendliness: Most children basically like fast food restaurants, so they are suitable for children.
