Pulled up to the window, was asked “what”multiple times trying to order. Received every item I ordered WRONG other than the drinks. Ordered 2 jr cheeses, received JBCs, ordered a poutine - didn’t get it, ordered a Caesar salad with no bacon, received three bites of garden lettuce NOT romaine. At least no chicken or bacon lol… size was atrocious see picture attached! This has happened more times than I can count, no more staying quiet for me.

I waited 10 minutes after I made my order to receive my food. During those 10 minutes, three cars were served through drive-thru, and those three cars made their order after I did. There wasn't even an apology for the wait.

I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.
I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.
Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.
I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.
Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.
Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those fries, the better!

Stopped here on my way home to get my grandson a chicken nugget kids meal . He was in the car with his grandma. The guy at the counter could barely speak English and wouldn't sell me the kids meal because I didn't have him with me . He kept trying to sell me the adult 6 or 10 pice . Fries were undercooked burger that I got was cold my drink I asked for no ice and he put ice in it . Very disappointed ? I probably won't be back at this location again.

I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and a drink.. the chicken tasted like it had sliced american cheese on it (literally) and most of their carbonated beverages were not available and the one that I had, Coke tasted funny with very little carbonation.
