The atmosphere and location is lovely and food was delicious. The only disappointment was the service. When I asked for vinegar for the fries the server replied that they don't have vinegar. Seriously? In a winery? Even if they dont have bottles for the tables, a good server would have gone out of their way to bring a small cup of vinegar from the kitchen. That's what average restaurants do so I was shocked when she just said we don't have vinegar. Disappointing for a winery of this level.
The atmosphere is beautiful! Unfortunately the service was not great. Not friendly at all, and really barely got any attention. The food was also not great. Disappointing for sure.
Collin was great. Spot on recommendations . Thanks for the great service !

Sadly I wanted to give this dining experience a better review but it just doesn't deserve it. We ordered 2 sharables that we intended to enjoy as our meal and told the server this. BOTH dishes arrived at the same time. The Ice wine Poached Peach & Grilled Corn salad for $19 was tasty and we enjoyed it very much. By the time we finished our salad and were going to eat the Lobster Fries $24 they were lukewarm at best. No big deal, we just asked for them to be reheated. Not at option, they did not have a option for rewarming the dish on the terrace! Did not even try to accommodate us - like maybe take it to the main kitchen to reheat?? We were not asking for them to remake it, just warm it up. No go. We boxed it up to reheat ourselves at home. Upon reheating we noticed that the lobster was not lumps of meat, but flakes that appeared to have been dolloped on from a can - very sparingly. NOT worth the $24 even if we were eating it fresh. The location and view are awesome but this terrace dining experience was underwhelming.
Horrible experience. I was embarrassed because I took my friend here on her birthday, and my server Melissa was not engaging, helpful, and not interested in serving this day. Our food was 1.5 hrs late coming to the table and melissa did not make my best friend feel important on her special day. We left hungry frustrated and birthday vibes deflated.
We have been a couple of times. Atmosphere is usually incredible. Orchards and greens still outstanding. Sadly we can not say that for Terrace wine bar. There was some loud modern heavy rock playing. That did not coincide with view. There was multiple attempts and struggles to change the music. When the 2 of were seated only 1 menu. We had to “flag down” or waitress, who clearly didn't want to be there. The menu had some selection but nothing like before. The menu has sadly declined. The wine was great, to be expected. After bringing our drinks we never saw our again until I had to once again flag her down, to ask for our check. A much more pleasant staff member served us our food. Our dirty plates remained on the table well after we finished our wine. They may still be there now. The noise level and type was upsetting, the decline in menu was upsetting but the poor service is why we will not return. We hope management will address the service staff, the ambiance is amazing and when paying over $100 for 2 glasses of wine a flatbread and a tomatoe salad, the service should be next level.
We had lunch here. It was wonderful. I'm glad they have the taste testing option at lunch. We had the cheese and meat charcuterie board and the pear and walnut and cheese panini and shared. Everything was great. Would highly recommend. Beautiful setting to have lunch as well looking over the vineyards.
Ate there 2 weeks ago and again last night Wait staff were all very nice but the service is extremely slow We had to flag staff to come over to take drink orders as they never came around to see if we wanted another drink. Happened last night and 2 weeks ago It was busy but not that busy where they didn't have an opportunity to come by to see if we needed anything. Ambience was great, food was good. No other complaints besides the service .
Beautiful place, amazing service, your staff is very friendly and professional. We had a great time at the terrace , enjoying our meal and wine ☺️. We loved it, bought some wine to enjoy at home.
We booked a reservation well in advanced when we got there our table had been given to somebody else we had to wait 10 minutes for them to put together a table in the back for us where we had zero views and looked at the empty car kitchen area. The food was just OK. The wine was great, very disappointed with how we were treated after our table was given away, and Bill was expensive for two glasses of wine and some appetizers

Such a delicious experience- the menu changes often so it's fun to come back and try both the Terrace and indoor restaurant. Great food - lots for vegetarians. It's a bit noisy having young children running around, and then music was all top 40 rock, so a strange vibe at Peller. But our server, China Rose, was really awesome.
Service was ok. At times was difficult to find server/anyone to ask for something. There was a fly in my drink. Drink (alcoholic) was quite watered down. Water for the table was warm. It was a hot day - some ice would be appreciated. Would definitely not return for food. Lacked flavour. Over cooked meat. Great, unique ambiance.
Had wine and charcuterie on the terrace, and then sat in one of the Adirondack chairs with my wife and had some more wine. There was a private event also going on. Young children were playing soccer on the yard with their grandparents and people were walking in the vines – some on a tour and some by themselves. Incredible ambience, great tasting wine, and an experience that I would highly recommend.
I really appreciated our server who moved us out of the full hot sun where the host seated us. I made a comment to the host who didn't try to change, but the server did right away!!! Thank goodness, otherwise my lunch would not have been enjoyable!!
The hostess was very pleasant and patient since my mother walked very slow to get to the table. The service was great until we finished our meals, then waited quite a while for her to come back to the table . The water served to us at the beginning of our meal was very very warm. Otherwise, we had a pleasant time. My mother loved the scenery since it was her first time in Vineyard.
