Food is usually good, though is occasionally completely wrong or of poor quality.The veteran staff is great for the most part, with a few notable exceptions.Driveway entrance is shared with adjacent truck stop, where trucks frequently cause traffic jams that back up onto the highway. Very difficult to navigate if you're not from here, and is notoriously annoying for locals
I stopped here while driving through. It's the only Tim Horton's I've seen with parking spaces for trucks and RV's. I was towing a trailer so one of these oversized spaces next to the store was welcome. Store was modern and as clean as it could be for being packed. The staff did a fairly good job of keeping up with the demand. All the staff is great , very nice and helpful… but there is this new girl in night/ closing shift … the emo one … she needs better training .. no hello no hi even if you say it first .. she took my order twice and both the times she was making faces while taking my order … don’t know if she’s overworked or unhappy or just unprofessional .. however the guy working with her was helpful and humble
