I have to give a huge shout-out to Asswad at Popeyes for providing the best customer service! It’s rare to come across someone with such a warm, positive attitude these days—especially at 10pm at night after a long shift. Asswad always greets with a smile, is incredibly polite, and makes sure the food is fresh every time.

The quality is consistently top-notch, and it’s clear that Asswad truly cares about customers’ experience. It’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the chicken is soft and very salty they had me waiting for 25 minutes. They told me it’s gonna take 10 minutes which is already a very long wait for so called “fast food” but then they had me wait 15 minutes more for a couple of 3 piece combos. I’ve been to so many Popeyes locations and this one is the worst so far.

This is definitely one of the worst popeyes i have been to. I recently went here, and my chicken tasted gummy and raw. I had to spit it out and was shocked how such a reputable franchise could sell such poor quality chicken. Now I'm worried I may get food poisoning. Popeyes head office should really investigate this location as they are not living up to the quality popeyes typically has to offer.

They also always forgot to put dipping sauces or utensils, so remember to check your order before leaving. Even though this popeyes is close to me, I will be going to a different location as they are perfect every time. Will never come back until something changes, and I am a huge popeyes fan, but this experience is testing my loyalty.

The last 3 times I came here they forgot 1 item from my simple order of a chicken tender combo. The first time they forgot my dip, the second time they forgot my drink, and again today they forgot my dip. This no longer seems to be coincidental …

Man Preet and ashwad amazing

I keep trying to give this location a chance but every single time I order the tenders it comes out undercooked and soft every time… sometimes the chicken would be pink inside. I’ve spoken to others who’ve tried this location say the exact same thing. Please educate your chef on how to cook the tenders correctly as it is an occurring issue and not a one time issue. Looking at reviews others have had the same issue. When does it get to a point where you do something to fix the issue and not just apologize. Maybe a call to corporate to complain would be a better option. The worst Popeyes location.
