I had a disappointing experience at the counter. The staff member who helped us was rude and seemed to favor other customers, making it feel like racism played a role in our treatment. After taking our coffee order, she didn’t communicate it to the barista, leading to confusion and an argument among the staff. When we pointed out that there were flies on the food, she just ignored us. Additionally, the food wasn’t fresh. This lack of coordination and hygiene is unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience in this location. The servers, Elizabeth and Doris, were extremely rude and treated us in a discriminatory and racist manner. Their behaviour was unprofessional and made our visit uncomfortable and upsetting. I hope the owner addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated equally with respect.

WHY IS THIS PLACE CONSTANTLY UNDERSTAFFED???? It SHOULD NOT take 20 mins. to get an espresso. The poor employees are working so quickly and so hard, but 2 kids and a 20 min. lineup doesn’t make sense. I feel so bad for these girls. They look so stressed. SCHEDULE MORE STAFF FOR THE WEEKEND!!

We are regular customer, we come all the way from Richmondhill, however today the pastry was not fresh. The cream on top was hard not fresh. We went to order food, but there was no one to serve. We understand that it was Thanksgiving long weekend and they want to close early, but they need to serve better and also fresh pastry. It was a real disappointment.
I came in yesterday with my daughter to catch up and I was very disappointed with the crowd, there were two young boys sitting and vaping very noticeably. I immediately left with my daughter and relocated. This is not the first time I’ve seen something like this here!. The food was good so was the pastry’s and coffee, definitely coming back during the day instead of night. After 7 don’t even BOTHER. trouble makers come in!

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and showed zero friendliness — not even a smile. There were no clear labels, prices, or ingredient information on the products. The place itself looks nice, but that’s the only good thing about it. The employees seemed careless and uninterested. We ordered a simple toast, and it took forever to arrive, even though the bakery was completely empty. Definitely wouldn’t come back.

Horrible experience , went there with 2 of my friends today. First of all while we were waiting in the line to order coffee i saw flies sitting on the croissant and then our turn came to order coffee. The attendant was so rude i asked her what kind of croissant is that and two of the girls standing there started laughing right in front of our face. Never coming back , not going to recommend any of my friends to come here .
