I loved the place. There were so many options. It was very clean and organized.
Only thing I did not like was as I was supporting someone on wheelchair or have hard time walking and there were no wheelchair designated tables.
Because we asked someone to move so we can accomodate the person I was supporing but people were not generous enough to move. If there would be a wheelchair desiganted tables, people will not have a say on it.

Service is absolutely horrible. I love coming here but service such as this keeps me away. It’s such a nice place with quality food but when it comes to serving it just about everyone is air headed with no service skills at all. How does a bakery serve and there is no plates, no napkins, no straw, everyone complaining about wait time and it’s like no one cares and still you get the rude look. Major staff improvement needed for such a nice place.

I stopped by for a quick dessert. The cake and pastries were tasty and well made, and I really liked the cozy atmosphere of the shop. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, I felt the coffee bar staff could be a bit more friendly, as I didn’t feel very welcomed. With warmer customer service, this place would be even better.

It seems like customers aren’t the priority and the staff are the main characters as they gossip and complain openly instead of helping customers. The food and atmosphere are great and there is so much potential for an enjoyable experience. Some management in training staff would go a long way.
