I ordered my sub online but had the worst experience ever never gonna get sub from here I’m allergic to tomatoes nd i removed it but the lady over there didn’t read the instructions nd put tomatoes in she didn’t even followed the instructions.don’t go here

i was order through the subway app when i was at work for pickup but due to the traffic i was getting late to pickup within my break then i got at the location the lady pick the call so than i ask her if i can pickup after 3 hours i lady talk too nicely and proffesionally i recommend everyone must visit

Portions are skimpy compared to other subways we visited.
Staff was friendly.
One of the staff had long hair, no hairnet or tied back.
Will not go back again.

It's not good
Ordered Uber eats from this location. The sandwiches were missing half the toppings that I paid for, the drinks were incorrect, wrong bread and the sub were extremely tiny for a foot long. Avoid this location at all

Today I ordered food through Uber eats as I cannot drive. The green goddess sandwich had missing cheese. I particularly ordered this sub because I wanted cheese sandwich and some veggies since due to food restrictions I can only eat veggies and cheese hence I ordered this veggie sub that in description is supposed to have cheese in it. Upon opening the sub and first bite I took I noticed that the sandwich had missing cheese. I contacted subway Nobleton right away and the lady said I should pick up a new sub and I advised her I cannot drive.. she said someone can drop off a sandwich to me at 5pm I agreed to that although this meant I will have a late lunch because she had no driver available. A few mins later the lady called me back saying they did add cheese 100 percent in the sandwich as she checked the cameras and was basically painting me as a liar, while I kept explaining myself that I did not have cheese in my sandwich. I have photos that I took of both subs missing the cheese. This is not a good experience. I didn’t finish the sandwiches. Dissapointed in this location. They need better training following orders on screen and not accusing customers of lying. I’m not getting a sub of just veggies and sauce, I ordered it because I wanted a cheese sandwich with some veggies. Such a poor experience. Never ordering from this location again. Angry at the lady whom made the mistake and handled it so poorly afterwards as well. This is not how customers should be treated. I don’t know how they are still operating with such poor customer service.
