This place had no coffee. After ordering they offered substitute with French vanilla but they charged extra. The manager doesn't come to work and the supervisor didn't care.

Vegetarian options: They have cilantro lime and habanero wraps and bowls which is mouthwatering. You can also customize wraps or sandwiches on any bagel or breads.

Kid-friendliness: Tim hortons’s ambiance was so good. Team members were so kind and friendly. They served so well and everything was fresh.

I hoped that being polite would get me some sort of friendliness at this store, but I have always received complete ignorance from a particular woman who is very miserable working for the company, she has given me wrong orders and expected me to pay for them even though I order the same simple thing every time. The manager is constantly in and out in casual clothing, either having friends visit the store where they can have a meeting with random friends at a table or in the parking lot with someone’s fancy new car while the workers are in complete chaos during lunch rushes. I can’t come here anymore regardless of the convenience because the interactions I’ve had have made me feel terrible.

Evening staff is very nice but people there in morning have no idea how to work they try their best to ruin the start of a person's day they do not know proportions please tell them what quarter means and also tell them the difference between plain bagel and everything bagel and butter and cream cheese. It will be very helpful if they know their attentiveness can help not to spoil someone's day

I had ordered croissants and coffee and i can see many flies mosquitoes around the food , this place is dirty.

Went threw drive thru around 9:30 pm and ordered a hazelnut cold brew 2 old fashioned donuts and the new ghost tumbler. It was dark out, but half way down the road I noticed they only gave me one donut, they gave me just a cold brew and not the hazelnut. And when I got home the tumbler that they gave me was completely broken and cracked. And I live 2 hours way so I can't even go back to exchange the cup.

The counters had a lot of spilled coffee, trash on the floor, and no surprise, too many flies.
Usually, TH maintains a higher level of cleanliness.
