Terrible customer service pizza was absolutely underdone and then the girl argued with me five minutes on the phone saying that the pizza was cooked when I’m looking at raw dough then she says I have to go pick up a new pizza and won’t even get it delivered then after five minutes of arguing she finally says that she’ll deliver it within a half an hour an hour later the new pizza comes Raw again. Call again and they just like the argue me take no accountability. Why would I want to argue about how to cook a pizza at 11:30pm on New Years. Learn some manners.

Ordered 2 pizzas hence 241 and only one came . Called to spoke to someone with very little English , could not understand what he was saying . Told me it was a DoorDash issue. Contacted DoorDash they said it’s a 241 pizza issue. Will never order from 241 again. Poor customer service and please get someone who can speak some English we can understand.

Ordered from here for years and the service has been getting terrible!! Ordered online and changed my address twice and it still went to timmins (I live in north bay) I was told off by the very rude girl on the phone and she hung up refusing to give me a number to call! Now I have to wait a week for my bank to refund my money because they Ordered my pizza to the wrong city!! Tomorrow is a holiday and I was looking to order supper/breakfast.. I'm so done with 241 garbage staff.. the only good one there is the older man everyone else has been rude and I'm beyond done with them!! The girls there are absolutely useless and barely speak English.

Though the ingredients seemed high quality, the pizza wasn't fresh at a time which isn't so busy; and there was something on my pizza which didn't belong there. It's hard to recommend them.
I only know one person with long hair and it's not curly at all. No-one with curly hair has been on my house. What else was on my xl 4 topping pizza. One could only guess. I'm a hungry 280 pound man and still ate it at 2am when it arrived cold.

Last few times I have ordered here the pizza is not cooked well done as ordered and not cut as per instructed in my order. Also last two deliveries were 20-25 minutes past the time the online order said it would be delivered. Almost an hour and a half for a single pizza delivery. The pizza was barely lukewarm. When I called customer service to inform them of the issues their response was to have the store remake the pizza or issue a credit. However if you choose the credit it is only for half the value of the menu price. Nothing towards the taxes paid or the delivery. This store has steadily gotten worse with not just the food quality but also their service.
Before you tell me to contact you through your feedback form, I tried several times, it doesn’t work. If you want to offer a better solution other than a credit of less than 50% you can email me. You can get it from my online order from tonight.

When we first moved here 5 years ago, this was our go to spot as it was always a good experience both customer service wise and the food itself. Couple years ago 4 times in a row ordering pizza there was always a mistake and I'd bring it up, they would apologize or remake it. The last time they messed up was an ignorant worker that day and cursed at me saying the owner said we should be refusing to serve me from here on out. That day I decided to take my business else where, Pizza Pizza, Domino's, Milanos, or Dr. Pizza
Few months ago we ordered from here and it was like it use to be, good customer service, good food, and things seemed like they were going to be well and I'd come back to this place until 5 minutes ago. Called to place an order for delivery and was told that there's a note on my account that I should be refuses service and if I complained again, they wouldn't do anything about it and would refuse me for any future orders.
So because of someone's incompetence of making a simple pizza and me trying to BETTER a place by letting them know of things that were wrong so they don't remake the same mistakes in the future, the owner has told his staff to NOT serve me.
Everyone, save your money. Milanos is double the Pizza for the same price if not cheaper, Pizza Pizza down the street is INCREDIBLE and has never ever made a mistake, Domino's is great with their buy one get one deals or half off pizzas, and Dr. Pizza is also always a fantastic choice.

Couple weeks ago I did an online order, was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Showed up at the 15 minute mark and NOBODY had any idea an order was placed. They were all sitting and chatting in the back with music blared. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone noticed me AND THEN another 22 minutes for them to get through the other orders they forgot about and then mine.

Food is mediocre at best. Atmosphere is not great (mostly because it's downtown and all of downtown is not very nice) and service is the best part of the place but even then any other restaurant is better.
