To the manager who was rude and insisted on charging us for condiments. This is why chains fail when you nickel and dime people to death.
Without coupons it’s over $30 for a couple to eat here now. Time to check yourself before you bring the whole thing down.

This place has been VERY good since the pandemic. Most recently it’s been awfully subpar. I waited 10 MINUTES for an overcooked mozzarella burger with lukewarm fries tonight and I think I’m calling it quits. Thanks for the good times A&W.

Customer service was very sub par, the staff were not knowledgeable about menu items. When I placed my order for a frozen root beer it was taken out of the fridge from having been made previously. It was half melted as well. Very disappointing

It says they’re open till 1am so I went over there at around midnight. Doors were locked and i was on foot so I couldn’t order via drive thru. The guy kept staring at me from kitchen for a good minute and then mumbled something to the lady at the counter and then they said we are closed. They were still preparing food for someone in drive thru. Worst customer service.

Everytime I go here the staff is always super helpful and I am never disappointed with the food. Unfortunately I am not able to go to this location as much as I would like to as I have an infant in a stroller and there is no automatic doors making it very difficult. Instead of being able to pop in for a quick burger, I have to struggle to open the double set of heavy doors and maneuver around to get myself and my stroller inside the restaurant. I must say though whenever the ladies at the counter see me struggling they are great at coming to help but there are times they have customers they are serving and are unable to. It's unfortunate that the doors were overlooked during there most recent renovation.
Wheelchair accessibility: No automated doors so unless you have someone with you it will be difficult to enter and exit through heavy double doors.
