Currently put a hault on eating my sandwich to leave a review.....best phili cheese steak sandwich i ever had, nice employees/owner.. fridges of frozen meals as well ... great choices... homemade bread....and cheaper then subway. Will stop in whenever im in the area. 10/10 *

This is my favorite sub place they have a secret spice sauce I would recommend it's the scorpion sauce also some times they have a dance for free chips

First time going, will not be the last. Great Sub! Loads of condiments to pile on making it your own. It was quick and very friendly. They also offer a variety of frozen meals. The kitchen and counter service area looked good, the rest of the place is kinda cluttered along the walls with boxes of containers and cups. Kinda brings the place down a little. Ambiance not so much. Food most definitely. Enjoy

Delicious! Multiple cool fresh bread options and toppings. The Philly cheesesteak was great. Good portion, a little pricier than Subway but definitely better quality and it’s a local small business - very worth it. Friendly staff who gave good sandwich advice. Lots of dessert options too. I’ll be back!

Ordered tuna sub yesterday. I watched as he took out three spoons of tuna mix from a plastic container with plastic wrap I suffered food poisoning. Something was off an I didn’t eat the rest of it. The other half is in my fridge. Eat at home get a rotisserie chicken at metro , food poisoning is brutal I was sick within an hour

the food was great! i got a canadian club. my boyfriend got assorted sandwhich. price came out to $28, that’s including 15% tip! i think it was on the cheaper side because of the tax break, but either way i was impressed with the price! im giving three stars because the service was disappointing. the staff seemed less than thrilled to be there. they didn’t really smile or look happy at all. the atmosphere was.. interesting. there is storage boxes on one side of the store, and items just looks unorganized. again the food was amazing, just the service and atmosphere was off.
10/10 Really good local spot - Must try cinnamon buns absolutely fire 🙌🏽

I had a wonderful first experience at this establishment. The moment we walked in, I got a warm welcoming. They asked me if it was our first time, and kindly explained all their options. All the workers were cheerful and kind. The ingredients are fresh, and they have many options for bread, veggies, meats, and sauces for subs. It's delicious and mouth watering, and it won't break the bank. Totally worth your visit.

Great food! First time visitor, tons of options, lots of bread choice, the garlic butter toasted bun was fantastic. Had the philly steak and cheese and it was tasty with a delicious potato bacon soup. Cooking/prep area was super clean but the dine in area could have used some love in cleanliness.

Absolutely love coming here to grab a sandwich and a dessert ! Food is always good and flavourful. I highly recommend you stop in and grab yourself a sub. They also have pre-made food for the freezer, salads and bowls.

The subs here are some of the best in town. I like the range of options for the subs (toppings, etc) and the desserts are nice (although very expensive). My largest (and most unpleasant) takeaway from my experiences with Between the Bun is the incredible lack of cleanliness. Beard and hair nets are not consistently worn, wet rags are left next to subs being prepared, and meat and other items that should be refrigerated are left out. - Rags should never be close enough to actually touch the subs. Which it did in my experience.
