Absolutely great customer service! We came in 5 minutes to closing and stayed 5 minutes after closing. The 2 young men working gave us no hassle and fantastic service! 5 stars ⭐️
Usually the service is good but tonight when I went in it was really uncomfortable. The manager ignored me for five minutes while I awkwardly stood there and watched him chew out a young employee before taking my order and came back after to be more rude to this young girl. I understand it’s a business but it’s kind of rude and uncomfortable do to that in front of customers.
Thumbs up to Chad & Kurtis today in North Bay! Being short staff and crazy busy, they did an awesome job!
