The whole staff was amazing! We had a reservation for 33 people, and we were going to be in a rush.. so they had us send our orders in ahead of time. When we came, even a little early, (I was the bus driver... ;) ) everyone had their drinks and food in a very organized way, the food was ready and hot and as ordered! We were finished eating in plenty of time to get to our next event! Amazing co-ordination! A standing ovation for the whole staff!

Dont normally leave reviews but...Waitress forgot about our table numerous times. No refills the entire time, as well forgotten food brought to us by a different server and cold upon arrival. Ordered the Philly, and only had 1 slice of red pepper and 1 green pepper on each half and heavily drowned in sauce. Steak was questionable, looked like boiled lunch meat 🤢 My side salad was good and kids were happy though but as I waited 15-20 mins for my bill, I was ordering off skip the dishes cause I was still hungry....

We went to Boston pizza to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. We all had a great time. Boston pizza had a specific area for us to sit in and the waitress was excellent. All the food ordered was very delicious. Everybody was seeing how good their food was and how much they enjoyed it. The service was friendly, prompt and kind. Excellent service and the food was great and the prices were very good. We had brought in our own birthday cake and they supplied the cake plates and cutlery for serving the birthday cake. It was nice to see some. My aunts and uncles hadn't seen for a while. It was great. The Boston pizza let us use that space. It all worked out great and we really appreciate them for doing that. I would highly recommend anybody going to Boston pizza for their meal. Thank you again by Boston pizza.

Food was mediocre at best. Just a bunch of premade frozen fried food. The service was the absolute worst. It was as if she didn't want us to spend our money. She would take our order, smile, then never come back, and this happened multiple times. This place is just a change restaurant taking your money, while giving you subpar food and service.

Stopped in for dinner. Since restaurant was almost bare, we've had no wait time for a table. We were were attended to by a very nice waitress right away. I've ordered penne pasta with cheese and spinach and an order of garlic bread and cheese. Dish had a nice garlic flavor, just the way I like my Italian dishes. Highly recommended. Side order of uninspired ceaser salad. For something different, I've ordered a virgin pina colada (no alcohol). Nice sweet coconut flavour. Girls would enjoy this drink. Great interpersonal skills from this staff member. We've had a nice chat for a quite a few minutes. So overall, an excellent meal, and we left quite satisfied.

This is the best Boston pizza out there ours servers name was parker and he's was stellar seriously 10/10 so funny and so kinda.
Whoever was in the kitchen yesterday night, October 28th 2025 at around 9-10pm needs to be fired or seriously reevaluated as a chef. Husband went out with a buddy and is extremely ill today. Chicken seemed to be not cooked thoroughly and he has been extremely sick all morning, it’s 8 am. He most likely has salmonella.

Ordered large all dressed double cheese pizza. Disgusting...sauce too sweet..hardly any toppings and all you tasted was the sickly sweet sauce and cheese. yuk. Grego's is still the best.
