I will never go here again!!!! I was so grossed out!! I went through the drive thru, the take out window was covered in bugs inside and out. The inside drive thru walls were covered in bugs and I saw bugs inside the cup dispenser tubes. Totally grossed out!!! 🤢🤮 I do NOT recommend this location. The Pinewood Location is Great!!

I ordered a double whopper with Mustard only, I ordered chicken fries and a small rootbeer, when I received my order I got a double burger instead of a double whopper, they replaced the burger and did not charge me the difference in price. The rest of the order was great.

I stopped at Burger King to grab my dinner on my way visit to North Bay. This lady on Front with glasses Jashanpreet took my order and I was delighted by the service. I never tried the cotton candy shake and she suggested me. I really like the crunch of cotton candy. Burger King on top notch of game with cotton candy shake. My spicky crispy sandwich was cooked fresh and served good by lady on front counter.

Food was fast and fresh, the staff is so kind, they promptly gave both my kids crowns as well as gave them extra burgers. They also horned a coupon and saved our family lots of money. Thank you to the staff here you truly made our evening!

Foods great, no complaints. Suggestion though, bring back the sause that tastes like another big brands sauce and we'll eat there more. Better quality of food, just need the sauce. Service is fine, was able to put in my order with little to no issue, they didn't have specials posted inside so they tried over charging when we ordered but there was a special outside on the board, figured it out but took a minute. Atmosphere, great! Got the little hats everywhere and it's nice and dim, good lighting for enjoying a meal. Only suggestion I'd have is put up some art or local history to make the place a part of the community and it would really shine.

The website doesn't work for ordering. Which doesn't allow you to save money purchasing the combo family meals. An error showed after using Amex and Mastercard, but maybe those aren't accepted? This also prevents you from building rewards points after creating an account.
Their drive thru is very awkwardly built.
I'll change my rating once BK puts in more effort for online ordering.
