I order two impossible whopper through Uber. I would say this was the worst burger I had from them. The burger patty was so dry and there was not enough sauce or I would say no sauce at all. Bad impression.

Ordered a Whopper combo. Great customer service, burger was hot and fresh, fries crisp and perfectly cooked - fountain Diet Coke was perfectly balanced. A classic QSR experience that was fantastic. Very rare in this day and age. I will return to hopefully have the very same excellent experience again. Only $9 too!

This time the service was awful my milkshake had a hair surrounding the straw, and asked my sandwich PLAIN, and I got one with everything. That was my worst visit to BK

I will never go here again!!!! I was so grossed out!! I went through the drive thru, the take out window was covered in bugs inside and out. The inside drive thru walls were covered in bugs and I saw bugs inside the cup dispenser tubes. Totally grossed out!!! 🤢🤮 I do NOT recommend this location. The Pinewood Location is Great!!
