We stopped here on a quick trip from Sudbury last week. The food and drinks were awesome and the service was great! I do believe his name was Graham. This place will definitely be our go to when we go to north bay :)

It was my birthday dinner with family & friends. I don't live in North Bay any longer so I was excited about going to a restaurant I had gone to so many times before. I loved the chicken cashew stir-fry. I had been warned but I needed to see for myself. First off there were no cashews!!! When my bowl was returned there was a handful thrown on top, needless to say they weren't cooked with the vegetables. There was no sauce to speak of so it was very bland and dry. The steak was overcooked and the sauce on the chicken parmesan was completely bland. I was so disappointed I won't be returning. Our waitress, a beautiful young woman, was the best. I wish I could remember her name.

We visited Casey's Bar and Grill for my boyfriend's birthday, hoping for a nice evening, but the experience was disappointing. It took 20 minutes for a waiter to attend to us, and another 25 minutes to receive our food. The quesadilla was cold and tasted bitter, while the Hot Buffalo Wings were chewy and elastic, making them hard to eat. Despite signaling for the waiter to give feedback, no one came to assist us. The poor service and unappetizing food ruined our mood for the celebration.

So disappointed with this restaurant. It is our favourite restaurant and we were so disappointed when it closed in Sudbury. Two times now we have called on our way through to order in advance and two times they’ve refused to take our order. Guess they don’t want any revenue.

Came a long ways to see my Mom who is 82 . We had a small dog with us.Mom walk with a walker chair.Not stable on her Feet.1 inside very dark.2 was put outside on Deck.First of all Ramo down to lover deck is very sketchy steep.Table was in full Sun.No matter how we moved the Sun was Hot fully in mom's & my face.after 15 minutes we asked to Move .Girl wasn't to helpful So we requested to Move mom to the Shaded area.Took some time for her to accept .Either Move us or I said we will leave.Going to Bathroom was a night mare.Inside too dark.Step to go down to next floor level. Bathroom to small for any Handy cap or Elderly with Walkers .Yes back deck ok to leave by to parking lot.Needs attention for further requirements to safely meet all individuals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a safe environment exerting front entrance especially going to back deck or even to bathroom.Way to dark inside. :(
