All I can say is Rob saved the day! If every business had a guy like this non would go under! This guy genuinely cares about his customers! He is a wonderful person to represent this company, he is very knowledgeable about the history of the business and all of its possible facts. He puts 100% into making sure you have a good time while you're having an experience at cecils. His attitude towards any problems that may arise make you feel like you're genuinely being taken care of and not an annoyance to his evening.
He is genuinely an asset to this business and I wish him all the best in anything he does in his life!!! Keep being amazing and making people want to come back for a memorable experience at this restaurant! Wishing you all the best Rob! Thanks again!

So the Asian Cashew Chicken Stir fry came with chopsticks and chicken that needed to be cut...
There's no flavour to the Stir fry just s tangy vinegar.
Service was great but the food could use some work.
The pizza is from there ghost many kitchen (Nonas Kitchen) which if you look at my review of there pizza you'll understand why I won't be going back to Cecil's.

I only gave 2 stars due to service.

I cannot believe the service asked a question of how long for dinner and had a extremely snappy response from the waitress

Gross - prime rib is not triple AAA - bland and flavourless. Stop smothering the plate with bland gravy - and stop calling it au jus - it’s NOT and should always be on the side. Sides are the same - it’s worse than some diners on the highway. They are not even FULLY brewing - only two in-house brews available the night we dined - WTH? Update your website- very misleading. Rushed to order - relax - let your diners have an experience. Dim the lighting, turn up the music a bit and relax. And become a better restaurant. Won’t be back.

First time here and were treated very well. Very rarely do you get someone to make a good martini. Mine was exceptional. Certainly knew how to make the combo work. Server was attentive. Will try this place again and hope it remains as pleasant as our last one.

Ordered 3 pounds of wings. Recieved 22 dried out turds. Came to $67. Called to complain as there must be some mistake. Was put on hold for 15 mins till I hund up and called back. Apparently 22 dried out tiny wings is 3 pounds at Cecils.

We will definitely go back. We've been at Cecil's twice and have not been disappointed. Excellent service and exceptionally good food. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Had the most delightful lunch at Cecil’s, on the back patio with my husband and dog. Had the Cobb salad with herbal vinaigrette, cauliflower bites, a delightful Creemore premium lager and one each of the white and red sangrias. The food was excellent as were the drinks.

What made our visit special was the wonderful Nigel, one of the best hosts we have ever come across. Great sense of humour, made fast friends with our pup Neena (also bestowed on her a new nickname Neener), brought her a cold drink of water along with us and indulged our chitchat with kindness and interest. 100/10 for him and the restaurant. We’d visit over and over again if we could.

Always order skip from here. Everything is always so good. Just ordered the pub platter with wings. They were forgotten during delivery as they were busy (spoke with the restaurant) and they sent the wings shortly after the first delivery arrived. My favourite place to order!! All their entrees are hot and delicious their potato crusted pickerel is the best on the menu. Never disappointed

Julie and her team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. She pays attention to all of the small details and walks you through every step of the way to make sure all of your catering needs are met. Our expectations were certainly exceeded. Look no further than Cecil’s if you want amazing food and perfect service!

Literally the worst restaurant experience I have had in years!

To start the food was terrible. For co-owning an Italian restaurant it is a shame that Cecil's does not know how to make Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken was supposed to be "fire grilled" .... Not only were there no grill marks, the chicken was obviously baked in the oven and then reheated in a microwave, it was so dry it broke when you tried to pick it up with a fork. That's not it though, the Alfredo sauce may have been alright had it not been filled with julienned bell pepper strips that made the entire dish taste like creamy bell peppers. I'm not kidding when I say Stoffers frozen Alfredo is far superior and more authentic.

The service was terrible, our server took our order, delivered our beers (the brewery didn't have its own beer on tap), brought us our food, and never came back until she brought the check. She never checked to see if our meals were okay, or asked if we wanted another beer (we did).

The ambiance would have likely been okay had we not been sat in a booth right under the speakers being used to broadcast trivia. We had to yell across the table to hear each other (even though there were at least 10 open tables in the restaurant when we were sat).

It was a very bad experience, I hope others are not treated this way and fed food I wouldn't even feed my dog.

Brewery that do not have their own beer. My son had overcooked chicken fingers. Classic burgers have no cheese. Onion soup way too salty and very small amount of cheese.

The waitress didn’t even walk us to our table, she just pointed and it wasn’t even close to busy. We came for trivia night, they neglected to ask/invite us to play even though we said that is why we came. Planned to have a meal as well, but left after 15 minutes because nobody came back to even ask if we wanted something to drink. Will never go back here. Extremely poor service.
