Normally enjoy eating here even if the wait times are consistently long, regardless of if they’re busy or not. Tonight’s burger was just awful, burger was at best, room temperature, cheese wasn’t even close to melting, don’t know if I’ll be coming back again…

Absolutely poor customer service, had my sons cakes that I pre ordered. They then called me 5 times to try to change my son's cakes and then call me just before I was supposed to pick up and tell me they need another 2 days to make the cake... Not only did they almost ruin my 5 year old birthday the OWNER WAS VERY RUDE.. LAKESHORE LOCATION I CALLED 5 MINUTE'S LATER AND THEY HAD IT ALL ORDERED AND READY TO PICK UP RIGUT AWAY! STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!
