Yesterday afternoon, me and my coworkers were there for a late lunch. I witnessed a female serving giving the middle finger to the kitchen staff and minutes later the same female server telling her co-worker to F-off. My table along with other tables and east side employees must have heard as they were at a closer distance then we were. While visiting from Ottawa, I went in to East Side Mario's on Thursday, August 17. I ordered an old favourite - sausage and pepper penne. It arrived VERY quickly, piping hot and it was DELICIOUS! The servers were very pleasant, the service extraordinary and, as mentioned, the food was just great! Keep doing what you are doing! Bravo!
