Watched as several prepared hamburgers. I noticed she used the same tongs for everything. I requested that she not use the ones she had served the previous customer with hot peppers and continued to use Them for all the condiments My service quickly went down hill after that. She finished then proceeded to refill all the trays using the ones that had been used for the hot peppers.

We stopped in for lunch on August 3rd around 2:30pm. The service for food was slower but the staff was friendly so we were fine with waiting a little bit longer. That was until the manager (an older lady with medium length light brown/grey hair) came out to help the staff. She was so rude and degrading to all the staff working it ruined our entire meal. The way she spoke to her staff was disgusting and she should be ashamed of herself. She was openly raising her voice in a very degrading way, loud enough to be heard across the restaurant. We will never be back because of her attitude and the way she spoke to them. An absolutely disgusting way to treat your staff
