My GF and I want in and waited 10 min waiting to order While two employees walk by us. The The manager walked by us to talk to the two employees and then came back and ask us if we were there long. We say Yes. And employe that could not Speak english very well took our order. We cannot understand him. We waited 7 minutes for are food. Then we got back to are hotel. Where there was no ketchup, no butter, no cutlery.And we had to eat it with our hands. Because we got Swiss Cahlet French fries were cold buns are dry with no butter. Very disappointed never go back again

I had a very disappointing experience at Harvey’s today around 5:30 PM. The Candian girl working at that time was extremely rude and refused to take our order without any valid reason. As someone who has previously worked at Harvey’s for two years, I know that customer service and respect are very important, and staff are not supposed to deny anyone’s order. The behaviour I experienced was completely unprofessional and not what I would expect from Harvey’s. I hope management looks into this and ensures proper training for employees on how to treat customers respectfully.

Waited for 15 minutes before anyone asked us for our order. They left the burgers out too long leaving for a cold Angus burger. Every male working behind the counter had beards yet no one was wearing a beard net and the proof of that was the hair in my poutine. Very disappointed. This was my first time trying Harvey's and can tell you 100% it will be my last.
