I’ve been a regular customer at this place, and while the food is consistently good, I’m extremely disappointed with the attitude of some of the staff. This isn’t the first time — I’ve witnessed rude behavior 2–3 times, and it always makes the experience uncomfortable.
Most reecntly , the woman at the cashier was especially unpleasant. When we walked in, she didn’t even greet us — no “hello” or smile — and instead gave us a cold, unfriendly look. It felt like we were not welcome at all. Even worse, it seemed like she whispered something about us to another staff member while glancing in our direction. That kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
What makes this more frustrating is that every time we dine here, we tip generously and support the business genuinely. We’ve always shown goodwill as customers, and we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and respect in return.
It’s a real shame that such good food is being overshadowed by poor customer service. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and works to improve the attitude and professionalism of the staff.
I still want to support this place, but if nothing changes, I will seriously reconsider returning

Good place to get all you can eat at a reasonable price but if your in town looking for sushi go to behond sushi instead

Seated quickly, the waitress was very pleasant and removed dirty dishes quickly. Cool touch is the robot that brings the food out. Food presentation is exactly what is pictured in the menu. It is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for.

Service has declined, wrong food was brought to our table several times and food we ordered did not arrive. The food that did arrive was not good. Informed the staff at the front cash and they said sorry but they have new trainees. 85$ for 2 people and crap service is terrible. We will not be back.

Amazing fresh food, with lots to choose from. And the robots that deliver the food are awesome. I've been a few times, and every time i go I love it more.
Vegetarian options: A veg maki combo is a must try. Veg tempura aswell.

I’ve had a great deal of sushi and this place I would rate a 0. Did not like the steak teriyaki, it was hard and tasted like shoe leather. The crab Rangoon was only cheese and not hot. Chicken wings had blood in them. The sushi rolls were gross. The price was terrible and the service not pleasant. I did not appreciate the robot delivery. No one explained it to us that our order is highlighted in blue. Will never go here again.

There is no "atmosphere" to speak of, but servers are pleasant and attentive.
Price is reasonable for all you can eat, I did not check out the electronic order device closely, I found it hard to remember the items ordered. We tried a bit of everything.
Dietary restrictions: They offered GF items. We did not order any.

The serivce was exceptional ? and the food was fantastic. Keep up the great work. I would definitely recommend.
