Today I visited your branch and couldn’t believe my eyes! One employee was trying to handle everything — taking orders, preparing food in the kitchen, and cleaning the tables. Most likely, she also have to clean the floors and the restroom herself after their shift.
Expecting this employee to produce delicious food or maintain a friendly attitude would be unfair and unrealistic.
How can you dare to make a person work under these conditions? We all know KFC is one of the largest food brands in the world, yet it does not hesitate to treat people like slaves.
Additionally, your portions are extremely small while the amount of fries is disproportionately large. How long do you think you can continue charging people outrageous prices for chicken while essentially implying “if you can’t afford it, just eat fries,” without people noticing?
I find this completely unworthy of this brand.

If you're looking for a bucket of grease, this is the place for you! So greasy that the skin is laying at the bottom of the bucket and none on the tasteless chicken!! Do better KFC, Colonel Sanders is about to come back and haunt you. NEVER again!! 🤢

Very expensive for what you get and chicken very greasy. Didn't realize until l opened box. Also dinning room area is very dirty. No windows cleaned, tables were also dirty. Overall a very dirty place. We never return or recommend this place.

Why have employees working who can't even navigate their computer ordering systems properly or even know what they offer on their menu? Tried to order a large popcorn poutine with a drink and was told that it doesn't exist. It's literally on their menu on the lefthand side I literally pointed it out on their menu. They tried to say I could get a popcorn chicken with a small fry instead so I said no thanks they obviously didn't know what they were doing and left .
