Very expensive for what you get and chicken very greasy. Didn't realize until l opened box. Also dinning room area is very dirty. No windows cleaned, tables were also dirty. Overall a very dirty place. We never return or recommend this place.

Why have employees working who can't even navigate their computer ordering systems properly or even know what they offer on their menu? Tried to order a large popcorn poutine with a drink and was told that it doesn't exist. It's literally on their menu on the lefthand side I literally pointed it out on their menu. They tried to say I could get a popcorn chicken with a small fry instead so I said no thanks they obviously didn't know what they were doing and left .

Recently I stopped into the KFC on Lakeshore. I was reluctant because of how expensive their chicken is for such small pieces. This time, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how big their chicken pieces were. I’m not sure if they have changed their chicken now .. going back to larger normal size pieces but it sure was nice to see ! And they were delicious ! Very impressed KFC .. hope this continues. 👍

The most important aspect in the restaurant is the amazing food!fresh flavourful and delicious! The cashier who use to be the kitchen staff also did a great job!Rechie is her name! The owner should be proud having her!she's fantastic!

This is the best KFC I've had in years. Rechie was super nice and did an amazing job at the counter as well as cooking the food. You can tell that she follows protocol because the food was the way it should be. 10 Stars
