Their hot and ready pizza is just that, hot and ready. Not really great, and now it went from the hot and ready price of like$5.00 to like $14.00. May as well order a real pizza.

I was having a really bad day, and I thought pizza would cheer me up. I drove thirty minutes called in advance and ordered wings, pizza, dip, and a pop. Went in picked it up and even tipped on top of a 35$ order. Was so excited and when I got home my pizza didn’t have the crazy crust all over it which is what I had asked for. Not to sound brutal but that’s the only way I like their pizza… so it was ruined for me and actually made my day worse than it already was. I called the restaurant and all the manager said was “well we don’t even charge for that so sorry but we will make sure to do it next time” Wasn’t even worth the argument, so I just hung up. Such a waste of time and energy. Should’ve went somewhere else and will not be going back.

I've eaten a lot of pizza in my time, trust me. Little Caesars has to be the worse, ever, hands down. We didn't receive all of our order and discovered the customer service was worse than the food. Missing part of order, customer service wasn't going to rectify the situation and the food we did receive was terrible. Overcooked, tasteless and dry. Don't waste your money on this place. WORSE PIZZA EVER!

Quick place to grab pizza. If you get lucky and make it in when the pizzas come out there pretty good. Sometime I think they may be to prepared and the pizza sits in the warmers for too long and it become hard and dry. The crazy bread is always a hit.
Great service, great environment. If you’re in good or a bad mood, you get walk into this place the people the vibes ❤️ You will leave with a smile, foods always fresh well unless it’s hot and ready, but that should be given.
They probably do judge customers, but there’s nothing that projects that vibe, it’s wonderful to see a company able to do their steps as greeting and making sure the customer leaves satisfied.
Staff members are ready to find a solution for their customers and share their offers. Keep up the good work I hope this environment never change. It’s very hard to walk in and establishment and workers put their personal problems away from customers and focus on the customer . Great job

Not expecting the world when grabbing ready to go pizza, however, at 5:30pm both pizzas ordered ( one pepperoni, one cheese) were ice cold. Both barely had any sauce on them. The crazy bread was like rubber, cold and burnt. My teenage kids were reluctant to eat any. We haven't gone to that location in several years due to issue with the product. We were in the area and looking for something quick. The young man at the counter was upbeat and has great customer service skills. I looked at the leftovers this morning and the slices looked like they should be put right beside the pizza boxes in the recycling bin...disgusting. We've been sick since eating the pizza yesterday. Stay away. Buyer beware.

I went the other day and the pizza is barely edible. It’s rock solid. I don’t expect them to be fresh every time but 10 minutes after the store opens the pizza shouldn’t look like this. And it actually looks better in the picture than what it actually was. I laugh every time I see the tip option. If the pizza was even a score of 7/10 I would tip. Spend an extra $5 and go somewhere else

Ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it was all sauce no cheese or pepperoni. The pizza was paper thin and tasted like card board. The cheese in the stuffing tasted like plastic and was rock hard.
