Came here to order a burger, got refused at the drive-thru. I've worked at fast food places with 24 hour drive thru and I've taken orders from people on lawn mowers. I came into the drive-thru with an E-bike hoping for a bite this late, but got told that they couldn't serve me. Totally unprofessional behavior. If I can reach the window you can serve me. I would have gotten told off and possibly fired if I refused customers like that. Please do better.

I don't think I've ever had a positive, or even seamless experience at a Mcdonalds location. Stopped eating it years ago now, but even when we just stop for a coffee, it seems to be slow, unorganized, no leadership and no motivation to be good employees.

The service provider was very rude and he was abusing in different language but i can understand that language and i got his name CHINTAN
First I thought it happened by mistake. Yesterday i went through driveway, made my usual order. Three junior chickens and one was without sauce. Thought some trainee might have forgotten. But seriously, today my all buns sad and dry without sauce. Should I climb from window next time and apply the sauce next time, please let me know I will make my own order . Cause average waiting time is 10-15 minutes in car. I will come inside and make my sandwiches myself.

i ordered something and it came out wrong. i went to the window just to ask if it could be fixed and she argued with me instead about what i ordered when i know well that i wouldnt order a burger with ranch on it. stay away from this mcdonalds, their service has gone downhill. cant even fix something they messed up have to blame the customer.

Meh, it’s an ok location, don’t go often, but when I do, I just would appreciate all the ingredients being put on my wrap. I did pay for the food and to only give 3/4 of the ingredients is a lil’ sucky, and if you didn’t have the Tri-Colour Tortilla Strips, you could have at least let the customer know.
