Too many times I have been asked to wait in drive thru to thfn be passed up on the other lane by numerous cars . There seems to be a language barrier as I have to repeat my order on several occasions to sometimes get the right order . This is becoming a major detourant from using this location in North Bay

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese .The burgers edges were very dry and you could tell the hamburger was definitely not fresh !! My grandsons fries were cold as well .When i was ordering a lady was complaining about her food as well and got her money back .

Ordered a meal through drive through and was told at the pick up window that they were a bit behind and to wait at a mobile pickup parking spot for my meal. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went in and they hadn't even started preparing my meal but said they could prepare it than. Having to get to work I opted for a refund instead. Needless to say I was not impressed with this service.

This a Review about my visit on October 8th 2024 4:20am. I get to the drive thru and waited a good 5-10 minutes no answer. As I make my way around I see the workers has just been sitting in the front at a table on his phone the whole time. Hopefully Management sees this and fires the poor sod.
“Open 24 hours” closed at 4am. Employees probably too lazy to work. Doors are all locked too.

When a customer says "no egg" on the breakfast sandwiches they order it means no egg. This has happened multiple times at this location.

Food usually tastes fine except for cold fries every now and then. I often place my order through the mcdonalds app for either pick up or delivery. 90% of the time it seems as if the order tickets are not actually read. I always order at least 1 package of mayo with my order and I almost never receive it, if I'm picking up then as inconvenient as it is I can at least go in and say something. This morning I ordered a blt bagel with no egg and extra tomato... I received no tomato, A medium caramel iced coffee with extra 2 caramel syrup and substitute milk... I received a medium iced coffee with cream and no caramel, also cannot forget still no mayo.. It's very frustrating as this is money I have spent to upgrade my order and I'm losing money each time I order.
